Great plugin. All these plugins are a result of studying and understanding the proper workings of blender. It was not done in a day. Even Eevee or cycles are all in development and more features will be added as the main graphical libraries evolves..like directx got raytrace support. Nvidia started adding support to their cards. If you learn blender know python and understand how to create parameters to help you create tools the one can create tools like this and help others by providing it to them.. of course depending on the tool some price is involved.
Please help!! Bought the add-on but it messes with my colors. It changes the the look settings to High Contrast. However after changing it back to None an exporting in linear OpenEXR my default look transform in Davinci does not work anymore. The image looks just weird, with much more contrast and detail loss in the highlights. How can I get the default colors I had bevor clicking on Optimized Cycles?
Before optimization cycle render sample was 4096 after optimization render sample was 64 , and noice threshold change from 0.01 to 0.1 that is huge difference, so it is obvious render will be faster. Nothing special

The add-on "installs" and appears in the folder with all the add-ons (in appdata) but doesn't show up in the list of installed addons in Blender neither in side panel with other installed addons. Also, I didn't receive any email from Gumroad.

Glad you like it! Will definitely look into that! Did the doorway have the render icon unchecked? The addon only removes meshes that hard hidden from render
@@polyplayground Right, that was it. I do it that way instead of just punching a hole in the wall so that I can move around the door hole easily if I need to.
This aims to speed up the render time whilst keeping the render quality near enough the same, as you can see from the two cycle renders they’re near enough identical

Did you unzip the downloaded folder? Then the folder inside 4_2 works with the new 4.2 blender. The other folder works with before 4.2 as there’s been so many changes to blender they had to be separated to work

It works great for me, though the cleanup meshes made a doorway disappear so I had to revert that ;)

what is this, if u make cycles as bland as eeve then obv its gonna render as fast as eeve, is there ray tracing or like real lighting like cycles?

Free for a short time only as said in the video. We still have our other plug-in which is water droplets which is still free 😊

We are currently working on a 4.2 version. It’s working but just learning as much about optimisation and quality of renders first 👌
