Food looks great! Gotta try it next time I'm in Vegas. The bird cages are reminiscent of old school tea houses where people would bring their pet birds out for a "walk" (in cages), chill, and drink tea. The tea houses started serving small appetizer dishes (like tapas) in addition to serving tea. The dim sum restaurant is an evolution of that.
Hey Nishino! Thanks the awesome review man! I haven’t heard of this place so it’s definitely something I’ll check out on the next visit! It’s funny because we have a YumCha here in Houston…but that’s strictly a boba shop and bakery lol I was so confused at first!
Nice review man! The Bird cage thing would kinda freak me out a little but then again I guess I’d be too busy easy all those delicious foods that I’d overlook that lol
Went there for early dinner tonight. We'd give it a 6 out of 10 cuz the food was not that spectacular. We have had much better. Used to go Orchid Garden on Sahara, but have not been there since Covid started. The food there was noticeably better quality.
You know, Dim Sum takes a lot of work to make, so I can see why they charge so much? But for your average person's budget? You would have to go with like, 4-5 people to split the bill!💸💸💸
It's not strange to have bird cages, it's a decoration at the resturant. Chinese people have kept birds in these bamboo cages, it was a practice in Canton China, to bring their pets to the tea house, they are a prize procession. You need to do some fact checks before you make the statements on this video.
Other that this...Las Vegas sucks at Chinese food! I know, I live here? For someone that knows really good Chinese food from Miami...Chinese sucks here! I always can rate their food by their fried rice! 👌😒😒😒
Wow great dim sum I will try this location someday! Thank’s for sharing 👍🙏🙏
I agree. This is the most authentic traditional dim sum restaurant in LV!

I think it's supposed to resemble what they do in Hong Kong.
Did you see the movie "gangs of New York"? it reminds me of the cages hanging in the "oriental" saloon/ parlors. lol
ooo no i haven't haha i should definitely check it out!
The shrimp ball I would dip in duck sauce and that dumpling soy ginger sauce. Wow.

1:24 first time I’ve seen an in n out that’s not packed

You should try Ping pang pong and New Asian bbq for their dimsum. In my opinion, it's a lot better.
ooo I actually been to Ping Pang Pong! I did a video on that a few weeks back haha but I never been to New Asian BBq yet, that sounds interesting!
@@Nishinos I would rate New Asian BBQ higher than ping pang pong.

Where’s the hot chili oil & vinegar? Soy sauce? Chili paste? I can’t eat dim sum without any sauce lol
haha i don't actually like to use too much sauce when I eat foods.
👏👏👏😋😋😋👍👍👍
=) thank you for watching!
I tried it , give C-
I eat the chicken feet w fingers
haha I do that too sometimes xD
I wish the Chinese restaurants are using less MSG because some people are allergic to MSG.

In China the old men would take there birds for walks in the cages.
everything is small.
Dim Sum Cafe is way better

@@Nishinos yeah you do!
