I've only been there about five times but I've never had a bad experience.
I'm not surprised to hear this. I think we just caught them on a bad day. Maybe they were breaking in some new kitchen staff? I know at our restaurant no matter how much training a newbie had their first two weeks were always good for 2 terrible Yelp reviews. Anyway, we'll definitely go back!

The dim sum looks scrumptious and fresh. I haven't been to a dim sum place in a long time. Really miss it because the more popular ones closed down and it's mostly take out places now. I hope to go to Las Vegas one day and try these places you recommend.
You definitely should! There are a number of excellent dim sum places here in Vegas. We have a few other dim sum reviews and they are also top notch!

Yeah like you said sometimes it's a hit or missed, on the freshest. It was a missed for me, that's why I haven't visit back, instead I just go to Orchids garden, only because it always fresh and always great whenever I visit. This visit you posted everything look fresh. Thank you for another great video 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Yes, Orchids Garden is excellent as well. We have a review on them also. But, we'll be back to Yum Cha we few worries about the quality.

Oh no! We were here yesterday, they automated charged 18% service charge for 4 persons and above but they have the worst service of all the dimsum places we have tried in Las Vegas. Please please bring your family somewhere else. The food is not even fresh, siomai is very dry and tasted old, as well as the chicken feet. Over-all it’s a waste of money. The reviews here are bogus.
I would agree that the service isn't the best and for them to hit you up for 18% tip at 4 people is ridiculous. Usually it's on groups of 6 or more. As for the food, we went three times to do the review. One time it was very mediocre. The other two times it was pretty good. I believe we say that in the review.
