I want a short workout today, to make it easier, I thought. But because it’s short, I will choose the one with weights, I thought. Gosh, sweat was running down my entire body by the end. One arm plank looked impossible, but I did it and I’m so proud of myself 😭 I’m working out with your videos for a bit more than a month now and I see the progress, thank you ❤

Great workout! I know it's only 15 mins but would probably suggest doing a few mins bodyweight warm up rather than diving straight into lifting weights? ❤ x

I am 43 years old and have also given birth to two children. I've always been sporty. Unfortunately, a lot has changed for me since I turned 40 and somehow it is much more difficult to be defined. I eat enough protein now. Do you have any other tips for what women over 40 can do?
Yes it does have an affect. but don't completely have your stomach starved or empty. I can't workout on an empty stomach to...just eat something really light..for example rice cakes from quaker's and just top it off with banana or light spread peanut butter! remember you can have small snacks for workouts! or just have a small protein bar or any bar you would like!
@@Rat-kr1gr thank you very much for replying but the thing is I'm someone who can't eat anything right after waking up and my schedule is also tight so I have to do things very fast. But I can't do anything, that's what life is and I gotta just adjust the way it is
Personally I would have a protein bar or shake before working out. It can be completely draining with an empty stomach but don't eat a full meal save a nutritious breakfast/lunch/dinner for after!
So ive been subscribed for a while now but kept procrastinating on doing one of your workouts. But today i tried this one since it was only 15 minutes. First 5 minutes, great. 8 minutes later I was panting, and then threw burpees at us!😭 I could barely do them but I pushed myself. Anyway great workout! Im very proud of myself🫶🏼 I think I'll do these more
