Thank you, Meredith. This was a good one to keep me moving post-surgery. Easy to adjust for my limitations, interesting enough to find the right level of challenge. Thanks.
This is a nice workout. I did it twice to get some extra reps. The explanations were helpful and a good chance to try things out or just keep moving. Thanks!
My second video with you (or anyone in HIIT), and feel sweaty but jussssst right. I needed the rest explanations, and enjoyed the short succinct work. Thanks, bunches
Again I've come back to this one when my mind could not grasp the moves of a different workout and I couldn't find the fun. This allowed me to keep going and rebooted my brain to say, "I've got this" ❤
Thank you, Meredith, for the excellent exercises, brilliantly designed. To save time for my other workout routine, this your session suggestion, I have modified a little to suit my own needs. 1. I used more heavy dumbbells. 2. I took a minute break after each element of the exercises with the dumbbells. 3. I used these breaks mainly to do gentle squats, or to take a few steps around the room. In this way, I did my daily quota of squats at the same time, as well as some strength exercises. Did I make a mistake? Christmas or weekday, smart people exercise every day.💛
I appreciate the comment Beth. Just a different way to do it, you can always do marching or a move from the previous set while I explain the next. Always trying new things, and keeping everyone safe.
THANK YOU
Thanks Meredith, a great quick workout when you are having one of those "I don't feel like doing anything today " days. 😊

@@SeniorFitnessWithMeredith Thank you.🙂
E xcellent workout always with Merdith
Thank you so much!
too much rest in between movement sets for me. 10-15 seconds better
Beth McGuire During breaks you can do quiet and slow squats.🙂
@@lucius10 I usually do extra moves of some kind
@@welovebirds Very good!

@@SeniorFitnessWithMeredith Of course.🙂
I thought the rest time was fine for intermediate level.
Thank you Judith! I try to give sufficient rest, know someone can always walk in place to keep the heart rate up! I appreciate your support!
Loved this! Thank you ❤
Thank you Lisa!
