I've just completed this first session with you and I'm thrilled. As a 73 yr. old, almost obese woman with mobility and balance issues, I have searched for a way to get exercise at home, exercises that I'm actually able to do. Other sites ask a hundred questions, want me to pay for a routine, or download this or that, but with you it's here, free and simple. Thank You so much for these videos.

I love the all in one workout! I have some days when I swim or do other things for exercise, and struggle to aim for 2 strength training workouts and 3 or more cardio workouts within a week. This way I know I am getting both! PS-until I found your workouts a couple months ago, I struggled to find ones that I enjoy and would stick with. Yours are the first ones I can say I actually enjoy and look forward to! Your mom is so cute and inspiring, and I love the fun and mutual respect you both have. And it’s good for me to be reminded to go at my own pace and don’t worry about getting it perfect. So many other workouts I have tried have these high energy younger folks that I struggle to keep up with, and it leaves me discouraged. Your workouts encourage me and make me want to come back and do more the next day. Thank you so much for this video. I’ve been trying to tone but limited to what I can do due to a disc in my lower back pressing on a nerve (waiting for surgery). Another brand new week and trying again to get back on track with daily workouts 6 days a week. I wasn't able to achieve that goal last week, but I started off today with this new HIIT workout and am feeling good and dewy now right after completing it! I logged about 1,900 steps during the workout and used 3-lb. dumbbells for all the exercises for which April used weights. I'm going to try to plan out the rest of the week's workouts in advance to help motivate myself to start each day with them.🙂 (Sunday, June 23, 2024)

I have been doing your videos for several months now. Recently I decided to do them early in the morning before I go to work. I have a class full of 2 to 4 year olds. Since doing this, when the kids want to do Danny Go exercises including dance and jumping jacks among others,I can do those with them. 6 the end of the day, I've done at least 60 minutes of exercise. I'll be 62 this year, so I'm happy to be able to keep up with the kids. When I started, I was tired after 15 minutes.😊

This was just right for me! Since having long covid, I have been sitting a lot because I got tired so easily. I had a round of Ivermectin in January which totally stopped the covid problems. So now I need to strengthen my muscles again and this was the perfect amount of challenge for me at this time. Thanks to you both.

@@yes2next I can do a lot more than I was doing earlier this year. And I can smell things again! I did not expect Ivermectin to make such a diffence, but it did.
@evelynreid5215 replied: "How long after covid did you take ivermectin? I wonder if I could still take it." Evelyn, I can't figure out how to send this to you directly, but yes you can take Ivermectin now and see if it will help you. I had the human formulation. Not all doctors will do it but ask around at places like Chiropractors offices or physical fitness friends you have. They ususally know who to contact. I noticed improvements right away so it is worth trying to see if it will help you. I know several people that have been helped with this. No one has said they had adverse problems from it.

Sharing for sure! Using the weights during the cardio portion really engaged abs. Appreciate you suggesting we change direction of the arm rolls to work different muscles, and switching up the single knee lifts from alternating to balancing while doing one side. Thank you.

Whoa - that was fun but a lot more challenging than I'd anticipated! I really like the way you have your mom there doing the seated version of the exercises. Sometimes you get live classes advertised as being suitable for seated or standing but I often feel the seated participants are somewhat left out. Great work you two.

thank you for this. I am 50 yrs of age turning 51 nxt year and due to depression I did nto take care of my body and binged ate on a pint of icecream almost every day. Noticed that i couldnt stand for logn periods inside the house cause my work requires me to sit down a lot. I am 78 kilos last i weighed, had I not weighed myself I wouldnt have started exercising and not have that wake up call. i used to be able to do heavy exercises now I am afraid to do so cause i am so out of shape. This exercise helps me a lot and yes I sweat a lil but thats good enough for me. Little by little until I get there. THANK YOU SO MUCH! This vid helps me a lot.

This was an amazing workout. Trying to do more strength workouts, and I did most of the moves with 2 5lb weights, and the one move where you used 1 weight, I incorporated an 8lb weight. I really enjoy this. Thanks so much, April. ❤❤

Can’t tell you both how much I rely on your exercises to get me building not only my strength and stamina after long gruelling stays In hospital, you both also give me the confidence that I can get back to the fitness level I was before hospital admission. It doesn’t feel like back to the bottom of the mountain but more like catching up with dear friends ( not so much the dear part when you have me panting and muscles burning I) continue to keep well my dear friends xx

I love the all in one workout! I have some days when I swim or do other things for exercise, and struggle to aim for 2 strength training workouts and 3 or more cardio workouts within a week. This way I know I am getting both!
PS-until I found your workouts a couple months ago, I struggled to find ones that I enjoy and would stick with. Yours are the first ones I can say I actually enjoy and look forward to! Your mom is so cute and inspiring, and I love the fun and mutual respect you both have. And it’s good for me to be reminded to go at my own pace and don’t worry about getting it perfect. So many other workouts I have tried have these high energy younger folks that I struggle to keep up with, and it leaves me discouraged. Your workouts encourage me and make me want to come back and do more the next day. Another brand new week and trying again to get back on track with daily workouts 6 days a week. I wasn't able to achieve that goal last week, but I started off today with this new HIIT workout and am feeling good and dewy now right after completing it! I logged about 1,900 steps during the workout and used 3-lb. dumbbells for all the exercises for which April used weights. I'm going to try to plan out the rest of the week's workouts in advance to help motivate myself to start each day with them.🙂 (Sunday, June 23, 2024)

I have been doing your videos for several months now. Recently I decided to do them early in the morning before I go to work. I have a class full of 2 to 4 year olds. Since doing this, when the kids want to do Danny Go exercises including dance and jumping jacks among others,I can do those with them. 6 the end of the day, I've done at least 60 minutes of exercise. I'll be 62 this year, so I'm happy to be able to keep up with the kids. When I started, I was tired after 15 minutes.😊

This was just right for me! Since having long covid, I have been sitting a lot because I got tired so easily. I had a round of Ivermectin in January which totally stopped the covid problems. So now I need to strengthen my muscles again and this was the perfect amount of challenge for me at this time. Thanks to you both.

@@yes2next I can do a lot more than I was doing earlier this year. And I can smell things again! I did not expect Ivermectin to make such a diffence, but it did.
@evelynreid5215 replied: "How long after covid did you take ivermectin? I wonder if I could still take it." Evelyn, I can't figure out how to send this to you directly, but yes you can take Ivermectin now and see if it will help you. I had the human formulation. Not all doctors will do it but ask around at places like Chiropractors offices or physical fitness friends you have. They ususally know who to contact. I noticed improvements right away so it is worth trying to see if it will help you. I know several people that have been helped with this. No one has said they had adverse problems from it.

Whoa - that was fun but a lot more challenging than I'd anticipated! I really like the way you have your mom there doing the seated version of the exercises. Sometimes you get live classes advertised as being suitable for seated or standing but I often feel the seated participants are somewhat left out. Great work you two.

thank you for this. I am 50 yrs of age turning 51 nxt year and due to depression I did nto take care of my body and binged ate on a pint of icecream almost every day. Noticed that i couldnt stand for logn periods inside the house cause my work requires me to sit down a lot. I am 78 kilos last i weighed, had I not weighed myself I wouldnt have started exercising and not have that wake up call. i used to be able to do heavy exercises now I am afraid to do so cause i am so out of shape. This exercise helps me a lot and yes I sweat a lil but thats good enough for me. Little by little until I get there. THANK YOU SO MUCH! This vid helps me a lot.

This was an amazing workout. Trying to do more strength workouts, and I did most of the moves with 2 5lb weights, and the one move where you used 1 weight, I incorporated an 8lb weight. I really enjoy this. Thanks so much, April. ❤❤

Great!!! LOved the exercises with the weights. I'm always unsure how to use weights so it was so good to have instruction. It was wonderful to have a new exercise routine to do as well❤. Can’t tell you both how much I rely on your exercises to get me building not only my strength and stamina after long gruelling stays In hospital, you both also give me the confidence that I can get back to the fitness level I was before hospital admission. It doesn’t feel like back to the bottom of the mountain but more like catching up with dear friends ( not so much the dear part when you have me panting and muscles burning I) continue to keep well my dear friends xx

Excellent session for me - thank you. I am 83, have had 2 spinal surgeries and have let myself become weak and wobbly. I was able to do these exercises with you and it has given me inspiration to continue.
