Hi Meredith! Fun workout which is time effective (I’d one round only, better than no workout!). Two rounds are perfect for a nice 30 min session! I like compound workouts with lighter dumbbells because there is some cardio benefit if working at this moderate pace. A triple bonus! Lower body, upper body, low impact cardio!
