    Is it not necessary to soak millet before use??
    Can I directly dry roast n use?

    But somewhere I heard that, all that millet like foxtail, barnyard, KO do, foxtail.....should be use separately and compulsory after soaking it should be consume.....pls answer

      Yes, ayurveda suggests eating one grain at a time so that we can completely absorb the nutrients. We must not mix grain or use multi grain flour. However i liked the idea of sprouting the grain and adding nuts, and a type of beans it can increase the nutrient profile.

    Pls explain for drinks. How many spoons/ per day? Drink it with warm water only or with other drinks too. Kindly explain PLS

      hi sis, you can have this with any drink but before that just cook for sometimes.. use 2 to 3 spoons per day.. sorry for the late reply
