      Are you sure, it looses all it's nutrients, when boiled? I've been eating sprouts boiled, from the past 5+ years 😞 😞 can you please explain, how / why it looses all it's nutrients when boiled?

      I take multi vitamin & eat raw vegetables. I'm not worried about the vitamins. I'm asking about the protein, mangnis, fiber.
      Vivek told, boiling it kills all the nutrients and makes it, just fiber.

    The right way of eating impressed me the most. I would like to add that we have to be cautious that the sprouts are not smelling. We have to be cautious of salmonella bacteria as well. We have to be extra careful in summer and rainy seasons. If not prepared rightly, the salmonella causes food poisoning and diarrhea. When sprouts are made right way, are not smelly and when eaten rightly, these are one of the best superfoods because they have plenty of food prana.

      Don't eat shitty fast foods, eat iron rich food such as green veggies and green spinach, drink a tonne of water, drink lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning.. Not much of a video maker myself, but would these tips do?

      Try Millet foods..especially Super 5 Millet's.. All menstrual problems will be gone forever.. Imp: Soak millets for atleast 8 hrs before cookiing.. Google for Siri Dhanyalu recipes.. .. and millets Indian recipes.. If you avoid White rice, Wheat flour, & Sugar .. You'r body will feel like a bird..

      You can stream them though.. for people with weak digestive system.. and pregnant ladies . Also soak some fenugreek steam and eat along for good assimilation of nutrients and digestion

    Sprouts are literally my favourite. Sprouts and Dalia as a breakfast is the only food schedule that ever showed any health difference in myself and that too fron around Day 3. Its literally the best for me

    Very nice video... But Vivek one very important part you missed is that seeds can only be sprouted in the presence of moisture so there is a good chance of bacteria formation through out the sprouting process... So it's utmost important to cook sprouts a bit... You can easily steam the sprouts

    It is always better if you boiled it . If you have gut issue , then it ll get digest thoroughly. Also fungus gathered through the air gets destroyed. Little bit nutrients get destroyed , but it's ok as remaining all of them get absorbed by our body as it becomes easy digestive. Plus don't forget the taste😋

    Straightforward presentation with clean content and clear description. i came to this video to check the nutrients one can get with sprouts vs non-sprout lentils. I found it to be very informative. I eat sprouts everyday for my breakfast! good job ..keep it up!

    Quantitatively the protien or other nutrients does not increase by sprouting the lentils.
    Their weight and volume increase, if we sprout 100 g lentils then it will get almost triple to 300g and if previously it has 26g protien per 100g then sprouts will contain 8.7g protein per 100g.
    Though it's digestibility increases.

    I'm a pure vegetarian, can't have eggs

    Your Explanation and knowledge is next to the level..it's adorable!
    But would like to add something hop you don't mind.
    While eating sprouts is generally considered healthy, it is contraindicated for those with vata prakriti or vata disorders. This is because it may be difficult for them to digest because of kashya ras. For vata dominant people, they may eat sprouts after boiling or sautéing. This way, they can reap the benefits of eating sprouts without any bad effect on digestion.
    So only vatta dominated are exceptional case here.

    Thanks for the tips on How it eat it right. Previously I had too much (almost a full soup bowl size) of sprouts at once and started seeing digestion issues.

      I made the same mistake. Had bowl full of sprouts. Result: increase in uric acid which caused severe back pain. Went to doctor. He gave tablets. Result: weight shot up to 4 kgs in a week. 😭. Now I am fine. Taking only 1 tbsp of sprouts daily for breakfast with dry fruits and fresh fruits followed by a glass of milk. That's it .

    also add 3-4 almonds & one tsp of Methidana in your sprouts as well to make it iron rich and lemon to vit. c. viola you covered almost everything.
    also find anything your body needs and add into it.

    In your worst to best series you tell us about various of chemicals used in our daily needs ( food, cosmetics etc). In your next video can you just list out all those chemicals with widely use in which popular product and what harm does it cause.
    Bcz when i see behind any pack of any product it makes me so much confused what to use what to not 😕

    Sprouts should never be boiled cooked.. only eaten raw.. otherwise all nutrients will go away...
