      Flax seeds must be roasted and made into powder. You can add it in anything you want....curries, smoothies, toppings....but it is best to use freshly roasted & grounded flax seed powder for complete nutrient absorption. To make it clear just like how we soak almonds overnight and remove the sking for better nutrient absorption, flax seeds must be roasted, grounded and must be used immediately.
      If you still don't understand, you can compare it with freshly made ginger garlic paste and the stored homemade ginger garlic paste.

      You can prepare multi grain atta by using 1) pearl millets 2) sorghum 3) finger millets equal quantities.
