    Hi Alex the reason why your there pressure monitoring is flashing is you have aftermarket wheels . They are non genuine not that thats an issue. Have the dealership take your original wheel sensors out and insert into your current wheels. The other thing is you can have the dealership turn off your tpms this will turn off the light and the system warning on start-up

      Hey.
      Oh ok, they came with the ute when I picked it up from the dealership (as a new vehicle) so I just assumed they were the LDV ones.
      Thanks for this info though, I'll be bringing this topic up when I take it into a service soon. I appreciate the tips!

    What do you think how it would go towing a 2.5 ton caravan around New Zealand 🇳🇿. Or Australia 🇦🇺.
    I would love you a-pinion thanks 😃👍 in Automatic .

      Sorry mate I have 0 experience towing caravans or boats or horse trailers in any ute - so my opinion would be worth nothing here. All I have towed with this ute was a trailer load of wood and a trailer with some sheep on it. But like I said I haven't towed any serious loads. I remember reading some early reviews and people said it wasn't the best for heavy towing. But hey, even this T60 ute has more power than some older utes - and people were using them to tow caravans!

    Are you considering change for the model 2022 which is bi-turbo?

    • @LightTherapyInsiders
      @LightTherapyInsiders  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I can't afford it nor justify the upgrade, I've only done 10k on my new ute and it does everything I need. I'll hold on to this ute for a few years until the warranty is about to expire then will look at all the options in the market then before I upgrade. The new Bi-Turbo is nice though!!

      @@LightTherapyInsiders you're right, apart of the new front grille the rest of almost the same. I hope within couple years I'd buy some UTE similarly to T60. Congrats for your video and prompt response

    Do you feel like the red light therapy you use a lot, has made a difference anti-ageing wise? You enthusiastically speak about its benefits; yet your face is showing quite a bit of ageing in this video. If it really worked (as they say), you should be looking super smooth.

    • @LightTherapyInsiders
      @LightTherapyInsiders  3 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Hey, let's just say the last 2 years has involved a lot of stress - so much that even the best anti-aging pills or potions wouldn't stand a chance! Where do I start... covid, lengthy lock downs, becoming a father, very serious health issues within the family, massive swings in my business (requiring 80+ hour weeks and staff layoffs), taking over a farm.... As you can see it's been a crazy period and it has taken a massive toll on the body (I even have a few grey hairs now :(
      I still highly recommend RLT, all my friends and family that have tried it at my place (or if I lend them a unit) end up buying one. Both my parents use it, my mates have them at their homes etc. For me the main benefits have always being around pain and recovery - rapid healing, improved training performance, less (or no) chronic pain etc. And it's not a placebo effect, the science is rock solid. Have a read through here
      www.alexfergus.com/blog/everything-you-need-to-know-about-red-light-therapy
      But yes, I probably look older than I really am (I'm mid 30's btw). But like I said to a friend who is also a Dad a few days ago - I've accepted the fact that my life, body, finances, time is prioritised towards my children. I'm happy with 5 hours sleep on a regular basis if it means I'm there for my family and can put food on the table. 3-4 years ago health was my top priority (9 hours sleep a night was a norm) but parenthood with a toddler who has had more visits to the ER department than I have in my lifetime has meant this priority has shifted.
      And I'm proud of this. I'm not trying to hide it. I am a father. I am a husband. I am a farmer. I am an employer. I am sacrificing so much so my children, wife and staff can thrive. I'm happy taking the hit so this can happen :P
      Sorry that was a longer answer than I expected to type!
      Hope that helps. And yeah check out some of the research on Red Light Therapy if you want an independant point of view :)
      PS. I realised I didn't directly answer your question - personally I'd have to say no I haven't seen massive 'anti-aging' benefits from RLT. But I have seen massive physical changes and hence why I continue to use it. I do notice my skin recovers from cuts, burns etc faster when I use RLT though.
      I know there is research around RLT and collagen production, and I know a lot of beauty salons and models rave about RLT for anti-aging benefits.

    Hi Alex, how do you feel about this car vs Toyota Hilux? thank you!

    • @LightTherapyInsiders
      @LightTherapyInsiders  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hey, I haven't owned a Hilux so I can't give you a solid answer here, but this is what I can share:
      1. The Hilux is extremely popular in NZ, and has been for decades.
      2. A lot of the farmers around here drive Hiluxs (and Ford Rangers)
      3. The Hilux is considered a premium ute - and is priced accordingly. The LDV T60 is considered a budget ute and thus is cheaper than a Hilux.
      4. I have driven 2 late model Hilux's in the past 2 months - both had a lot more power than the T60. It was the first thing I noticed when driving them! They also felt nicer to drive.
      5. The resale value of a Hilux is very high. A mate recently purchased a ~2018 Hilux with over 100k on the clock, it had a few extras, but the price was more than the cost of a new LDV T60.
      Maybe someone else here can offer more insight for you :)

    Don't accept that cut the sensor fix. In 2-3 years when you resell, they are going to screw you for a lower trade due to engine fault light and broken sensors

    My 2021 t60 just over 10k now, no issues so far, the one you mentioned tyre monitoring system works fine on my standard model. not the Maxus. So could be just the wheel size?

    • @LightTherapyInsiders
      @LightTherapyInsiders  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah I think it's the wheel size on mine. I'm going to ask them to get it sorted when I take it in for it's first service

  • @neilmullen1901

    Hey Alex, I took a maxus for a test drive and thought the suspension was way to hard. I though tperhaos it was because of the low profile AT tyres. Perhaps not. Also, you can buy lengths of dust seal rubber for the tail gate which may help with that gap at the back of the tray. I ended up getting a 2019 elite model and love it. Prefer the softer ride myself. But the radio does suck, it needs an antenna booster. Overall though, love the vehicle and everyone who has seen it or driven have loved it aswell. Great value for money id say.

    • @LightTherapyInsiders
      @LightTherapyInsiders  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey,
      Yeah I agree - hard to beat from a value for money point of view (though I am curious to see how the GWM Cannon compares!) And like you I don't think LDV have got the suspension right with this new gen. Maybe the 3rd gen they'll get the balance right!
      Enjoy the ute :)

  • @nathannaderi8633
    @nathannaderi8633 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    The suspension upgrade is only a shock absorber, it doesn’t affect the softness or stiffness of the suspension. The stiff suspension is due to the lower spec model because they’re designed to carry more load, the high specs have a softer suspension which can’t carry as much load.

    • @LightTherapyInsiders
      @LightTherapyInsiders  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ahhh very insightful! Thank you for this. As you can tell I'm not a car guy and it's not meant to be a technical review, just a owners review so I appreciate the clarification on these more technical bits of info.
      I remember hearing about the suspension difference between the two models when I first looked at these utes, but had forgotten about that when doing these reviews, so thanks for sharing it.
      I'll have to go for a drive in the higher spec model some time and see how it rides :)

    Awesome review man, are you not guttered you didn’t wait abit longer for the new T60 with the facelift and new bi turbo engine kicking out 160kw?
    Also I have a 2018 T60 with 20 inch wheels with all terrain tyres and my tyre pressure monitor has been calibrated for them and works fine.Sounds like you might have an incompetent or lazy dealer…

      @LightTherapyInsiders  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey, thanks.
      Yeah I just saw that announcement - it's always the case though isn't it. You get the new phone, or laptop, or car, and then comes the new and improved model :P
      Though the spec jump in the new version is quite impressive. I may hit up my local dealer and see if I can get a demo one to use for a few days and shoot a video. Power jump is solid and the new console system intrigues me.
      Thanks for the insight on the tyre pressure monitor - I will be bringing this up with them when I get my next service.
