Ehh (when she said "people are not born with confidence") after having my daughter I realized that a special few are born absolutely bold, and in love with meeting any person they come across. Treating all people like a "best friend" I've never met another person like her, and I intend to let that flourish. Her confidence levels are inspiring and she's only 5, not only this but she's a giant, (and looks like she could be 8 or 9) her being a bit different does nothing to hold her back. She's literally the polar opposite of me, and Im Extremely proud to be her mother.

That is very true. We're all born with a specific personality, but while most of it is deeply imprinted in our genetic makeup, and we can't change it, we can still learn to evolve with it and get the best out of it. We just have to figure out which ones of our treats (like attitude, taste, empathy, etc.) can we (personally) improve and use them to make us strong and stronger. We all have some characteristics in our personalities that are more prone to evolve. In fact everything in life evolves.
I send my best and highest vibes to you. Have a great night! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Hello Lovie, Generally speaking, she is probably right, but just like me, I truly believe that one of the major determining factors of this, is the combination of the environment that we grow up in, and our genetics. Just my personal take on it. ❤ Much success to you and your family.

I am officially reworking the vernacular fake it till you make it. Into....Fire it till you Wire it. In order to learn a skill you have to learn by creating experience. The first time you experience it it is awkward. Over time the mylenation process causes an ease through the neuropathway becoming hard wired. Then the path becomes the common habit pathway.

Im a fitness instructor of 25yrs. I too came to realise exercising is like brushing your teeth. It's daily self care. I grew into this understanding. On the subject of not stopping before burnout. For me I've realised, it's because I said I'd do it overrides how I'm feeling. Maybe that's what it is for you too. I'm so big on keeping my word and commitment.

It's a superpower, but also makes you feel satisfied because you always know you have done your best. It's hard to know when to stop but sometimes you don't and you burn out and say okay great rest and go again, and sometimes you sit it out because you are thinking about long-term future/ goals, that's how to justify it to yourself- what is my long term goals? and is this extra 10% going to help me to get there? good stuff

I hate that everyone says "confidence is sexy" and that its not about your body but about your confidence. What about shy people? I think it's a narrative that's supposed to make out of shape people feel better and excludes people that are naturally shy. This is not empowering. It's excluding shy people instead of out of shape people. I see it everywhere in western culture. I love this channel but I hate when people say "it's all about the confidence", including out of shape people but excluding people that are shy. I see it in movies even. Encouraging out of shape people and insisting how sexy they are and making fun of the person that is quiet, making them the butt of the joke...

@@LisaBilyeu I enjoyed and appreciated the messages but just confused by their presentation. Sorry but being honest. While there are *real and important messages for women to empower themselves* here - its LOST IN THIS PRESENTATION. A picture tells a 1000 stories:
      1. The set design is 90's juvenile...I literally had to check the post date on this video and see it's really 2019.
      2. Each woman sporting every fashion fad of the 90's ....at once. They look about 30+....made me wonder why would strong women cling to cheap presentation of themselves - from the past?
      3. The host's self professed mission is to 'become the *hero* of your own life" . Yet she's just become a *slave* to almost every transient consumerism fad.....?? It doesn't seem like she is confident just being herself naturally - and has to festoon herself literally like a caricature. And both are beautiful and confident in their words and looks just as they are.
This is all very ironic to me...and does not compute - given their mandate. This doesn't convey "women of impact".... it conveys " Women who haven't evolved and think they still don't know who they are or appreciate themselves as they are"
Hope that's valuable feedback in some way....again - just being honest about immediate impressions. Your'e both are quality ladies and *worth a quality presentation that says " I am confident in who I am and deserve to be taken seriously.*"
