We all have this ability it’s matter of harnessing that power 💪🏻 Great video
how the stories are created gave me sooo much perspective. Also i think is amazing the kindness Cynthia projects, about how the process goes, the discovery, the change, such a nice way to view transformation, instead of just powering through.

I have been at rock bottom, pills in hand, it was NOT easy to just take them.....a thought came into my head....if I end my life, I will only have to "return" and go through it all again.....lessons to learn etc.....xxx
As soon as I heard "...a Dr. Pepper in one hand...." I knew this woman was raised in Texas. ...and then my heart broke just a tiny bit for her because as she heard that intro being stated allowed, it appears as though the trauma came right back to her in that moment, and enough so that it made her palms sweat and her heart race, and all these years later it still catches her off guard if she's not expecting it. THAT is one way the body keeps the score, and it shows up in various ways even years later. I wish interviewers would have enough empathy for others that they prepare the people they are interviewing if they plan on talking about the trauma they've endured. For some people, like this woman, a bit of mental preparation to revisit that trauma can make all the difference in the world. I'm glad she was honest about how it affected her, and I hope this interviewer will do a more compassionate pre-filming briefing of when they plan on bringing up the topic of traumas BEFORE they begin the interview. It is very clear this interviewer has never experienced true trauma herself or else she would already know this. Whoever wrote that intro for Ms. Pasquella-Garcia should really know better and do better next time. That said, a really great interview overall, and a very relatable and valuable message from Ms. Pasquella-Garcia.
I love the ideas in this video, I am not a failure, I am a person who has accomplished a lot and yes I falter sometimes. Hate is fear, and finding how to channel my energy into good is so hard and so good to do. Thank you for sharing this.

The greatest empowerment every woman should have is being empowered financially and mentally. This way you will be at the top of your food chain. Being finally free is one thing every woman should be looking after. I wasn't financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my second house already, earn on a monthly basis via my investment and got 5 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! Investing in the financial market is a grand choice I made. Great video! Thanks for sharing! Very inspiring! I love this.

Couldn't agree more! SO happy to be help on the perspective front lovely 🙌🏻
Thank you so much. I cried a lot through this. A lot of things stood out in her message that I don’t hear enough.
Aunt Doris definitely feeling that! Felt much the same ❤️
I really love to see how you and Tom have your own unique way of bringing all this helpful information from your guests 💓 I'm greatful for your videos. Thank you so much.
🙏🏻 Aww, thank you so much! That's so lovely 💜
What an incredible intellect this woman has. And she portrays it with so much humility.
Thank you both very much for this episode!!!
Im thankful for this video...suscribing to your channel was one of my best decisions lately
I truly loved this episode. I looked up Cynthia already and will see what else I can find her so inspirational. Thank you so much for having her on the show, Lisa.
Lisa thank you for all your work, whenever you have a hard time just remember how many people you and Tom are helping already!! Everything happens for a reason and many of us who are hurt and in process of transformation find your videos in the right time.
This is so lovely! Thank you 🙏🏻 Really, such a pleasure to be on your journey 💜
Another awesome guest! Many thanks, beautiful and awesome ladies! 💪❤️🙏
I am in awe of her. There's a wealth of information about personal growth and how to gain our own control over our own lives. I am not concerned with changing someone else because that's not in my power. I can only control myself and my thoughts.
Two beautiful souls ♡ thank you for your contribution to the collective.
I really love her attitude and what she says makes sense to me. Such incredible compassion for other people.
I can't find words to say how much this words touched me.The first time i burst into tears.Thank you so much for. the awareness and the advice you give.Great woman! and great program!
Wow that hit me.. " get out of your head and into your body"
The videos on this channel are amazing
"Took herself off autopilot" 👏❤️
This is so beautiful. I don't know ANY show that is THAT interesting and fullfiling than yours and Impact Theory. Just wow guys, the content you put out there is what humans need! I feel it feeds me on another level. I can't imagine all the hard work behind it but knows that is so worth it!
And that woman is amazing. 💛
claudatz1 aww 🥰 thank you so much 😊 We LOVE being a part of this community... so happy to be bringing value to your life ❤️
I love her voice and personality!! That Kelly Green is her color! I just subscribed ☺ thank you for this.
Awesome! And pleasure 😊❤️
Such an amazing interview.. Thank you again for all this content! It was really inspiring and she told so many interesting things, that made you think about and reflect about yourself.
I love both of you, keep on the good work
I sadly belonged to a cult type of church.. I felt like I totally lost my self worth and identity... I hope one day I can look back and smile from all the good that came from that but for now I'm quite broken... Could definitely write a book! This helped me have hope for the future. Thank you! X
Excellent! Thank you so much for the interview 🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️🌟🌟
This woman is amazing, such an inspiration and so relatable. Thank you for this video. "We don't allow people to just be who they need to be" LOVE THIS! And thank you for calling out the "just get over it" movement. You are so wise, a true inspiration.
This is revolutionary wisdom.
💞👆💞👆💞👆💞👆
Cynthia, thank you for your honestly and wisdom. I needed to hear all of this today.
Thank you so much for this. I have always felt like a failure because I couldn't figure out "well how do I love myself" when thats all you hear now in days. You explained it so perfectly, I need to get to know myself first and slowly maybe I'll get to the point of falling in love with me. Thank you thank you😢😢🙏💛 the story she shared of the 50 yr old who didnt know what she liked or made her happy really hit me.
It's incredible isn't it? We live with ourselves 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and yet we don't know ourselves. Go figure 🤷♀️
Me too!!!!!
She's simply the best. A TRUE empath.
Wow. Hero status 💖 I’m truly inspired.
I love your work! You always have such phenomenal guests and give great interviews! Thank you Soooooo much, you are a light so bright, a great example. Love your energy!
Cynthia speaks my mind! Thanks for putting it all into words! ❤️
I am 180 polar opposite
Because I trusted everyone
Always believed the best with only evidence of the worst
Same. I love the talk but it's also slightly not realistic.
Loving your channel... You have the most amazing women on here!! Binging is scheduled ASAP
I LOVE this interview!! So much wisdom, but also so relatable and tools we can apply TODAY. I took notes throughout the entire interview, shared this video with friends and family. Thank you both for sharing this with us!! ❤️
I love the way you deliver you ideas and how friendly you are❤️❤️
Amazing episode. Thank you. X
Very impressed with interviewing skills and those selected to be interviewed. Both bring to the table in conversation different things to think on and move forward. Great work!
I have been at rock bottom, pills in hand, it was NOT easy to just take them.....a thought came into my head....if I end my life, I will only have to "return" and go through it all again.....lessons to learn etc.....xxx
5:00 question I always wanted an answer to but I never knew until now!
Thank you for yet another great interview. Never forget how much value you deliver. I thank you both from the bottom of my heart. Karolina
karolina wyrzykowska ❤️❤️
Amen Cynthia especially about the "love yourself" I laughed so hard and thank you Lisa for showing us your Becoming!
This gives me hope. I have to find my purpose.
Listening to this 4th time. Very powerful. Cynthia is great .I am almost jealous of Lisa for having her as a friend. Great work Lisa, please keep on uploading these. Lots of love. #woirocks
I needed this message today
Cynthia is an angel on earth ... great video ! 😇
Absolutely moving!!! Love this information, thank you Ladies truly!!!
Tom n Lisa are perfect reflections of each other
Aww, thanks sweetie 💜
You are right!!. I am a single Dad. Not quite long I started investing. I'm very curious and need help on how to enhance and increase my returns. Any good investment tips would be appreciated.
@@davidreus9321 Apparently,. investing requires higher knowledge. I invest across the top markets but not by myself tho. i follow the guidelines of Alexandra Diana Jose. you might have heard of her.. I can correctly say she’s worth her salt as a investment advisor as her diversification skills are top notch/ I say because i see that in her results as my portfolio grows by averages of 30 to 5O% on a monthly basis, unlike i can say for my IRA which has just been trudging along. my portfolio just mirrors what her place and not just on some particular industries of my choosing. .
@@alyciagordon3447 please how do i get in touch with her.
Impressive. Would you mind sharing some more details. I’d like to have a talk with her. .
@@davidreus9321 She is easy to find , make a quick research of her on the internet with her name Alexandra Diana Jose . She works with anyone independent of their location. .
@@alyciagordon3447 Tnx for this info, I just looked up your investment professional and found her page. Her experience is pretty impressive. I wrote her and I'm waiting on her reply.
WOW.. So much gold that is landing with me right now. I def needed this
