Lisa and Tom both make their guests seem like superstars with their intros. You can tell that a lot of effort went into getting their guests' stories and broadcasting them to the world.

I am fan of Tom's channel - Impact Theory, and was recently suggested (through their podcast) of checking out the Lisa's one here. Pretty blown away by the authenticity and the usefulness of the content here, even as a guy watching it. What a wonderful vision you guys (Tom and Lisa) have - and what a power couple! Keep it up!

I just want to mention that I personally started watching "Women of Impact" and the first videos I have seen were published during this year. Two days ago I clicked on the very first episode and I thought, "Hmm her intro is way off than usual." Then I looked at the date and realized it was your first video. Now today I am watching this one and you are literally talking about how you left it so you can see your own transformation. Girl, I wanna give you a fist bump! Not trying to say you were awful btw! But, I can tell how much more confident and well practiced you now in your newer videos. I appreciate you keeping that up and I am so happy to be able to realize it. I have many mental bars that I need to work on. Now, I have literally seen proof of it at work and now know how to implement it in my daily life! Thank you again for all that you do! I appreciate the learning opportunities you have bestowed on me and the world!!!

I love what she had to say about her perspective on being more of yourself through working out and also other people’s perceptions that though our shifting of identity. I recognize I am experiencing that and I had started to feel guilty about it.

Lisa!! This episode is truly what I needed to hear. I hope you know exactly how big of an impact this show is for us out here trying to climb not just the "ladder of success" but climbing the ladder we were all meant to climb for ourselves. I recently started my own Channel on here and I honestly feel a little silly for doing it but I'm SO excited to continue the journey and I know after this interview I can continue to be myself and chase the things I know I'm meant to chase. Anyway -- thank you for this! Amanda was amazing. Both of you! Love it :)

This is fantastic! This is probably the 12th episode I've listened to, and although I noticed that the intro part was slightly different than the others, I would have had no idea it was only your second episode! Your intros are the most thoughtful summaries every time. Thank you so much for the hard work you do, and for sharing this amazing content from these impactful women. The scarcity mentality has been so hard to overcome (still not past it, especially for the holidays, but getting closer) and the information you all share has been incredibly helpful in addressing this, as well as confidence and countless other issues. Thank you so much!

I love these chats so much. Great insight about imposter syndrome! Very helpful. :) I think that I was in the phase where I felt like I need to explain who I am and why, etc. but when you're truly comfortable with yourself, that need to explain or defend yourself starts to settle down.

Ahhh what it was to be young free and single. I used to take so many risks and adventures before I became a mother. I could be selfish with a great ambitious hunger, I was spontaneous and able to tune into my needs and desires in a different way, dream bigger and have a warrior attitude to anything that wanted to hold me back. My daughter is 12 now. I've been a passionate mother yet still mourn my individuality.
Motherhood is also my passion, yet for sure something is missing, Its me unable to do me fully, right now! On a more positive note at 51, im still young. I'm probably best to let go of me as I knew myself until I can pick up the reins again and not see that as I'm forgotten. Easier said thou than done

Lisa, thank you for this channel.
This is what I’ve needed and I didn’t realize how much I needed it until you created it.
As an ambitious woman who has been in predominantly male-dominated industries literally fighting to rise, I’ve noticed that a lot of the “motivational success” speakers and interviewers are male. I’m barely surrounded by badass ambitious women in real life. So most of the “success examples” I see and watch are male. Even when Tom interviews females, I get the vibe that they might still feel the need to project more of their “masculine success qualities”.
What you are doing- being a badass ambitious woman yourself- is bringing feminine energy and experiences to this space. Letting those other bomb females express themselves as women in all their femininity without sacrificing their obvious ambition. I am now learning through your interviews that it is OKAY to be feminine/female/a WOMAN with all our energies, that yes we feel certain negative emotions or have perspectives that honestly, not even the most well-meaning males can understand, but YES, we can be and are still successful!
    Long speech! Lol.
But I just wanted to let you know that you’re bringing the right energy into this space. You’re creating the kind of spaces that I want to be in. You’re reminding me that there ARE women doing the damn thing!!!
And for that, I say thank you and God bless you.
    Rock on!!!
    Love,
A badass woman from Ghana, West Africa 🇬🇭
