Where would that camera button go if you have a limited or Platinum trim? That empty button is used as the BSM monitoring button for the trims I listed. Very cool video though! thanks for making it!
If all the buttons are occupied you may either replace a button that you do not use or request a tear drop button which you may stick on anywhere in the car with a flat surface. www.beatsonicusa.com/cs6ep.html
Looks great but you say it works on 2014-2018 Tundra but how would it work on the 2018 with the cruise sensor behind the emblem?
Absolutely! However, you will need to purchase a different front camera that mounts in your grill. There are many selections on Amazon

Thank you! The kit comes with a video in motion (brake bypass) as such you will not need an additional brake bypass to play while driving.
@beat-sonic can you connect other accessories/electronics i.e. a Amazon fire stick, DVD player, etc. to the HDMI converter? If so does it have to be USB connection? HDMI? Etc. - Also will it just be a plug and play deal as well i.e. If you can connect a DVD player to the converter it's just a push play sort of deal to start it mirror in the center console?
Yes, you may connect other accessories/electronics to the HDMI converter. It will have to be HDMI connection and is also a plug and play install.
Does this work for tacomas as well if not could you make a video for that as well.

You guys need some more camera options! I'm in the market for this but the reviews of the actual camera indicate that it won't last long. Can you supply specs or alternative camera options? I've already posted on Amazon.

Hey buddy, in order to have the mirror interface would i need to have the phone connected via wire in all times or could it be set up wirelessly?
For Apple iPhones it will have to be connected via wire unless you install an Apple TV in your car. There are other aftermarket solutions available but you will have issues playing some video applications such as Netflix. However for Android it can be done wirelessly without any issues.

I have front camera from Infiniti, however, I would like to know if that camera can be installed to Toyota Tundra with your interfaces
As long as the front camera is equipped with RCA video out, 12v power and standard ground wire, it can be installed and used with our front camera interface.
Can you use the touch screen in the Tundra to make selections or do you have to use the phone?
You will have to use the phone to navigate through the phone.
I installed both the units and everything works great but the front camera only came on once with the low speed but it does not anymore. If I push the button the front camera comes on but I have to do it manually. Any suggestions?

You may only play music through your phone while Waze is running since the input source will be different on your vehicle.

Any other front camera will work. Mounting on a custom bracket behind your grill will be the most ideal

Hi, unfortunately not compatible with Ford Sync2
The camera will only work for 14 to 17. Starting in 2018 model year they added Toyota safety sense. The Toyota logo is now a sensor for safety sense, and is one solid peice, so no place for the camera.
You can get a different type of front camera and mount it in the grill

Does 2014 tundra without nav. Need video motion bypass switch?
For model without nav, you may keep the bypass engaged at all times by putting to "TV" on the switch and hide the switch behind the radio as you will not need to access it.

No option for wire... since wireless has lag
The lag on the wireless is very minimal and will affect the mirroring. There is no latency lag between the image and sound.

The only issue I have with my Tundra is the Entune system. But then again, I bought my truck because its a TRUCK. I don't want or need to watch movies in it. Take them all out of the parking lots and beat on them some, then see how how all those "electronic goodies" hold up. Let alone the "modern" truck itself. I didn't spend $50k+ for a pavement princess...
