I am currently sitting at 405lbs. I am ashamed and embarrassed by myself. I have decided to change my life. I am new to exercise and though the planking was awful and I had to take a break, I did the workout all the way through! I am so happy to have found this. It’s recommended 30 minutes of exercise a day, so I will be doing this once in the morning and once in the evening every day. Thank you so much for helping me! This video, I hope will give me my life back.
Since most people said they would update on their progress but forgot, I can update! I can't believe how much progress I've made. I started in January (2022) by doing this workout everyday for, like, 3 weeks (and having a low-carb diet at the same time). As it began to feel too easy, I've done the no jumping ones from Roberta's gym that lasts 30 minutes, again, everyday. Then I've switched to the "normal ones" and now (May 2022), I've lost 33lbs / can walk up to 5 hours without feeling tired (when, one year ago, I couldn't even walk for 15 minutes). So, thank you Roberta's gym for making accessibles workout for beginners! It changed my life to see that I could start slow, now I'm more consistent than I ever was.
Thank you for letting us know... i started just today and feel scared if i could make this journey.... Your words are encouraging enough to keep going... Thanks once again to you and Roberta for uploading such wonderfully planned routine for every level....my heartfelt gratitude
@@sevadror I couldn't continue since i messed up shoulder sooner than my goal time unfortunately.......NOT due to exercise though! This is still the best work routine, I should say. If you are planning on persuing go ahead...
@@bakapilea You can pretty much eat whatever you want, but it has to be the right portion size, and water is very important as well. It's all a matter or burning more than you eat. Such as, drink a full 16.9 water bottle before EVERY meal, this helps you to eat less. Craving a certain food but not actual hungry? Drink water, eat some almonds, or chew on a piece of gum.
@@nlgordo7612 You don't have to change your diet, just change how much you est and how often. I wouldn't recommend any diets unless you've talked to your doctor first
I am 280lbs and am going to do this twice a day( morning and evening) for two weeks to monitor my progress. I will combine this with keto diet. Wish me luck 🙏
@@koreanhoward9947 I've only lost 15 pounds...but that is my own fault. Eating right, along with the work out does help you to lose the weight. I got lazy, overwhelmed dealing with our new way of living and totally abandoned my diet.
I’m 19 years old and I’m currently 234 lbs. I’ve already lost 13 lbs from eating small portions and changing my diet. I’m going to try doing these exercises 2x per day during the week and walking on Saturday’s. I’ll record my progress here. I wish everybody luck with their fitness journeys!
I am overweight and unfit. I just completed this 15 min exercise workout and I have a raised heartbeat and a sweat on. It certainly helps. I get discouraged by difficult workouts and quit but I can stick to this one. Thank you!
“If You’re Overweight, it’s YOUR Fault,” is the name of a little weight loss journal on Amazon. The title grabbed me in that it’s something I’ve always contended. The author has a great intro as well. Even though I’ve never had any more than an obstinate ten- or twelve- pound issue, I ordered the journal and I think it’s terrific, especially for anyone with a significant “overweight” issue.
Hey guys! To anybody just starting off in their weight loss journey like I am: I particularly loathe walking and cardio .. I do them cause I have to...the first few days, weeks, can be rough but I promise you once you get the point where you see results and start feeling better, it’ll be so much easier. Also, the worse mistake I always make is stopping for a prelonged time cause it reallllllly sucks getting your body used to it again. Good luck everybody, we can do it !
I'm 63, obese and have arthritis in my lower back, knees and ankles. Even I can do most of these exercises. The ones on the floor don't work for me but the rest are great. So glad I found this workout.
Thank you everyone this is my first time tuning in my bed everyone’s come in and make note of it. Lol thanks for the good advice and cost to remind us to stay focused and never give up it’s 435 Eastern standard time and I was waking up from feeling so miserable even while I sleep, so today will be my first day
Today is only day 2 for me doing this exercise and I’ve lost weight ALREADY! I really think the people who are struggling to lose weight should start doing these workouts 💯
That's fantastic, Rosejean!! So happy you're seeing results with these workouts. Now you understand that fitness is a way of life really - because it motivates you and makes you feel happier, stronger and more energetic. Wishing you the best of luck and please don't stop, keep going everyday! 💪❤️
Thank you Roberta's Gym for uploading varieties of exercises.I found your channel last year august and by doing all the exercises i have lost a total of 10 kgs in a span of 8 months.Looking forward to more of such uploads : )
Hey, @Rapiers-and-flowers! You're absolutely crushing it on your fitness journey! Keep up the awesome work and keep challenging yourself to reach new heights! 💪
To anyone who is reading this by now, I am now on my 6th day in daily exercise I am also trying so hard not to eat more but Im still good to myself so I eat some snacks if I crave it very much. I'm planning to lose 30kilos or 40 or 50 throughout the year I am now 124 kilos and I am 18 years old. I am bullied all throughout my life, by my relatives, friends, schoolmates. I want those harsh words to become my motivation and my greatest motivation is believing in my self that I will be fit someday. Goodluck everyone, I love you!
I'm really sorry to hear about the bullying, just know that those who bully others have a really hard time loving themselves. Focus on your happiness, you can do it!
I agree 100%. But, I ignored the SP because I need this and it’s working for me, so far. I’m very much OBESE and want to avoid having to stay in the hospital for more than 2 minutes when I get Covid19, hopefully avoiding Blood Clots, Stroke, Ventilator, etc. My only Morbid Condition is Obesity - somehow I’ve avoided High Blood Pressure and Diabetes Type 2.
You are correct. We need to see the average person work out not a skinny minny. IF The exercise help how wonderful, but that is what i though too at first, not the right model. In videos i do believe the only person who should be slender is the instructor. God Luck doing your best.
I am going to be doing these exercises twice a day, 5 times a week during this whole month. Time to get healthy ! SW (3rd May) : 122kg CW (29th May) : 118,6kg I lost 3cm in my arms, 6cm in my belly area, 5cm on my hips, gained energy and discipline !! So exciting, thank you so much Roberta's Gym I will definitely continue with your videos

I can’t do the planking but I did everything else twice! I’m sitting at 260lbs and was just recently hospitalized with hypertensive crisis again. Imma make a difference in my life. I wanna live to see my grandkids.

I am almost 55 and am ashamed that I’ve let myself get to over 200lbs. I’ve just lost motivation and don’t care how I look. I am 5 foot and weigh 310 lbs. I have been having breathing issues since October 2022, and have been on oxygen since December 2022. I started feeling much better in the spring this year, and I started walking lines in my backyard. Then when summer came it got too hot and I quit. Now the fall is here and I’m starting again. I only made it to the 4th exercise in this video and started coughing too bad to go on. But today was only day one. I’m gonna do them again tomorrow and try to go longer. We can do this y’all. Don’t give up even if it’s hard. Maybe today you can just do 2 things, but tomorrow you’ll do 3…the next day 4…don’t give up after your body wants to. My heart rate got all the way to 150…my oxygen went low but, this time last year it was going all the way down to 60 so…now I’m at 98/99 resting. This time last year, my resting heart rate was 105…now it’s 85. Keep going, even if progress is slow…listen to your body but don’t let it dictate and cause you to give up. Did my first workout tonight before bed. I was in pain, my knees, my body felt tight overall. This helped. I need to lose 50 pounds. I did it. I will do it to help me ease back into regular workouts. Thank you! Wishing everyone a great fitness journey in this one! I subscribed this.
i was over 200 pounds when i went to the doctor 3 months ago, i started water fasting a couple months ago but it became extremely dangerous especially since i’m 17 and “still growing” and i took it way to far and almost triggered an eating disorder. i’m doing much better now and doing things the healthier way and i can say this work out helped a lot, i’m not 138 pounds
weight loss started aruond 560lbs down to 402. i i cant wait to be in the 300's!!! I tried this exercise out yesterday. COMPLETED it. It was pretty easy at first, then the burn came, and MAN was it hard. But, I finished it, and now I am going to try again today. Also have been walking laps around the park track. I gotta work on my binging though, it happens and I seem to not be able to control it. i gotta get on a better schedule of when to eat as well. I've been hovering at the 400 mark for like 1 and a half weeks so far. its painfully annoying lol but I can do this. I want to. I'm just so afraid of all the loose skin and well... how id be able to afford it when it comes down to removing it all. makes me sad but I'm still trying my hardest. YOLO... we really only have one life and we gotta try things that we really wanna try. and I wanna try... being at least 280lbs. i got 125lbs to drop. wish me luck guys. i hope I can reach this before next Christmas.
I am heavy and starting to work out again. This was a perfect place to start. Low impact, the moves themselves are not challenging, but together amd in reps create enough of a workout that I feel like it did some good. I will be back! Thanks!
I'm 53 with a bad knee, lower back pain and right shoulder pain. I'm currently 273lbs and 5'7" tall. I need to lose this weight. I will definitely try this workout. Seems easy minus the planking. My floors are concrete. Lol. Hopefully I will get results.
Since I started this program 17 days ago. I have lost 11.5 lbs. I join this program with another beginner program and work out for 40 mins. Feeling great

Hi Roberta , I just started :) my journey, and I chose you, your exercises are doable, even if i had various jointt pains and back aches , thanks for sharing , hopefully i can get to the end of my journey with you.I am currently 275 pounds,I am hoping to get to half my size as I used to be a model and a fitness inspiration before my depression.
I have initiated this as I became obese not taking care of myself . This video I came across and I have got some hope to reduce my weight and have a better health soon 🙏
Hi, Sathiyavathi Thangavel! You can do it, just do it consistently I know you will achieve what you've dreamed of. Just stay focused and disciplined. Have fun exercising and I’ll see you here again tomorrow!💪
For the last 6 weeks I've been doing the 8 warm up exercises first thing in the morning (because in the morning I just need something to get my stiff muscles moving after sleeping all night) and then I do this in the evening. I've only lost 30lbs, but I am dropping inches like crazy, which is actually more important to me than what the scale says. I'm also using these routines to strengthen the mind-muscle connection, which I think is the reason I'm dropping inches more than pounds. I think I'll continue doing these 2 routines for another month and then pick 2 of your more challenging routines. Thank you to for making exercise routines that fat people like me can actually do!
Hello, Penelope! You're welcome! If you find the routines hard to do I suggest that you do it on a daily basis, gradually, until you pick up your pace and you learn to do it with ease. Of course don't overdo it because I don't want you to hurt yourself :) Like I said, gradually, and you'll get there. Good luck and keep exercising! 💪
I'm SO happy i found this... I can DO these exercises... I felt like a floundering whale at times but not with this... I feel like crying because i ALMOST quit... Thank you
I am an ex-athlete with more than 8 years without activity, gained a lot of weight (almost doubled myself since i stopped running) and adopted a very unhealthy style that now i get so tired while taking an alert 20 mins-walk. I have been detoxifying my body for a full week and walked 30 mins almost daily the past 7 days and i wanna start exercising. I weigh 113 kg (on 17th Jan) and i plan on commenting on this video until my next weight check which will be on 17th Feb. I will keep you posted and I will most probably jump to other exercises when I will feel better. Here I am on DAY 1. Starting right now ✅️
Hello, @girlyoung568! Thank you for visiting the channel. All I can say is You can do it! Every workout is a step towards becoming stronger, healthier, and happier. Remember, progress takes time, but every effort you put in today will pay off in the long run. So, let's get moving and make it happen! Your body will thank you for it, and you'll feel great knowing that you've taken a positive step towards your fitness goals. 💪
I've been overweight all my life. I almost reached 300 pounds in college. I was on keto and lost 40 pounds. However, I had to move after graduating and got off my diet for a long time due to stress and my routine was gone. But im back on keto and knowing how to do it even better this time I'm extra ready to get more workouts in! I'll be doing this workout and others! To anyone reading this, please don't give up! There will be bumps in your plans but you can land on your feet! Even if you don't land on your feet guess what, you can stand back taller than before!😊
1 week 11 lbs down :)) ive also been drinking a shit ton of water i’m so proud Update: started june first at 250lbs now down to 196lbs July 27🥳 still drinking water and trying my best at eating healthy! remember consistency is key 🔑
Hi, everyone! I am 46, obese and I just started doing this workout today. In fact, I just finished the video. I loved it and I think I’ll stick with it for the beginning as I am extremely out of shape and the least amount of movement makes me breathless. I’m hoping to change that! I was able to do all of the exercises except for the last one. That was sooo hard, almost impossible for me to do. Was it hard for anybody else here or was it just me? 15:51
You can do it, @deisyl.734! Now if you're a beginner, I suggest you do a quick workout like 7-10mins (you can find tons of these in our channel) and find which one works best for you. The most important thing here is for you to find a workout that you enjoy doing and will make you come back everyday so you'll be motivated to exercise regularly. One that will not burn you out and make you dread working out. Good luck and I hope you do exercise!💪
I'm a 42 year old man. Got through all of this except the last one as my knees were too sore. I will do this every morning for a month then morning and evening after that. Thanks for uploading this.
Ive a sore knee so couldnt do some of the exercises, but replaced the ones on knee with some of the other exercises shown in the program. Tx so much. This was exactly what I need to get moving and exercise. Ive both a sore knee and lower back so struggle walking long distances but this certainly raised my heart beat and to a safe level, but still provided the exercise my body needs to be put through. Tx again :)
I unknowingly walked around for 13 years with a dislocated knee. Dollar Tree has these little knee pads that you can put on the floor under your knees. They provide a softer surface while still giving adequate support for leverage (more than a pillow). I think they might be floats for swimming but it's been so long since I bought mine that I can't remember.
@@subrinawynn7157 yes!!! i do this exercise ever morning and its almost a month now and the result is quite satisfying. but you should do it regularly.

Starting doing these today! the floor ones kicked my butt but im going to keep trying! im 21 and weight 268 im upset with myself but i know im young so i can help myself! will try to eat better and continue doing these videos will update soon ♥️
Everyone, you got this! I am 225 pounds or 102 kilograms. Here are a few reminders: - Consistency is key! You won’t see results right away. It doesn’t make you a failure, but the second you say that it does, you won’t be motivated to work out. Don’t beat yourself up, and keep on going, you’re doing amazing. :) - It’s okay to take a break once or twice a week from a harder workout, but try to find other forms of moving your body. Whether that be a walk, riding a bike, or doing a light jog if that’s possible. - In between the breaks for exercises on this video, I like to walk or jog in place to keep my body moving, if I’m not tired. - Also, sleep and decreased food portions with more fruits, veggies, and water has helped me so much! - I drink only water daily, with the exception of a Diet Coke every other day, but I’m trying to stop drinking soda. - Don’t try to make drastic dietary changes by yourself without the help of a doctor if that’s possible. - You can ween off of large portions and add or replace nutritious foods to your meals. For example, if I want waffles for breakfast, I will eat protein waffles, or I will make regular ones and add berries and nut butter. That way, I feel satisfied up until around lunchtime (it all depends on what time you eat, what you eat, and portion sizes). - Protein is essential in building your muscles when working out! My favorite high protein snacks include: Greek Yogurt + berries or granola, nuts, eggs, hummus, turkey, cheese, and hummus! - Listening to my body, and having a piece of candy or a little ice cream every once in a while will not kill you, if you’re craving it. I personally can’t do low calorie desserts, because I eat the lower cal desserts, and then eat the normal ones, so it doesn’t help me lol. Everyone is different, though. If those work for you, give them a shot!\ - Lastly, the number on the scale DOES NOT DEFINE YOU! You are so much more than a number on the scale. You are a kind, helpful, gentle, down-to-earth soul, and you should only change for you. That number doesn’t tell you that. It won’t tell you your intelligence, personality, or your worthiness. I have lost about 10 pounds since March 2024, and you all got this! I promise, it will NOT be easy, but you will be more flexible, feel better, and maybe help some health issues you’re having. The key takeaway is to take it easy, consider making some of the lifestyle changes I mentioned above, and do what you can. :) ❤
I’m going to try this for a while, and maybe I’ll give some updates later on. You know it’s hard enough being extremely self conscious of my body, while being in high school (14 years) So I really hope this helps. TY beforehand!

Well, you have to do it until you see results, Sawaira, and weight loss results differ depending on things like your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard you train. I can say you'll be able to see results in 3-4 weeks but just how much and how soon exactly will depend on your body's response to the workout. Some see results in 7 days, some take more time than that. Just remember that you would also need to watch your diet--avoid grains, sugar, and junk foods. Good luck and I hope you do exercise!❤️💪

Thank you so much for this workout. I began just today. 5ft female weighing 183lbs- shamefully have been convincing myself my 'curvy' shape is fine- it isn't and I don't feel good. I want to lose weight and get into shape so i can feel good in myself and get my old confidence back that I used to have. This workout is a great introduction to getting a statt on my fitness journey. I am super unfit and other workouts leave me gasping within minutes so I end up giving up on them, feeling useless. ☹ but this is doable and I know I can stick to this- I really enjoyed and was puffed out by the end but in a good way 😊 Thank you again!

I plan to try this tomorrow morning. If that doesn't work, I'll try something else. I've already changed up my diet reducing carbs (especially sugar!), increasing protein and fiber, and trying not to drink any calories. I'm not tracking weight because that's not my goal. I want to have less aches & pains, I want to have more endurance, I want more energy. One of the reasons I'm trying to focus on health is because I'm finally starting to entertain the possibility that I might get old- I thought I'd unalive myself before I reached 20 years old. Now my 25th birthday is around the corner and I'm only passively suicidal, which is the best it's been in over half a decade! I still doubt I'll make it to 40 years old but if I do, I'd like to not feel like crap.
I actually varied a few of the exercises to make it more challenging and I still kept up throughout the whole video without taking pause breaks so, I guess I am making more progress than I thought if I can do this (:
Ok so let's be real I'm 17....and just like 2 days back v had a health camp in school and I weighted 115....was shocked b4 d covid pandemic say in 2019 I was below 100 . I'm gonna start this exercise.from today ik they aren't those very much effective once but for a starter it's perfect cause I feel consistance is d key gonna do it for 2 months straight ! Wishing ull d best ! Hope ull accomplish ur goals !!! Lots of love people!
I’ve been trying to walk 2 miles everyday , I’m going to add this . I’m realizing I retain a lot of water so I’m lowering my sodium intake and drinking almost two gallons a day. I hope this helps
This will really help with that, Bianca. It also helps that you're obviously very disciplined so I know you can do this. Good luck and have fun working out!❤️💪
You'll be very sore after the first few times, but a padded exercise mat and a heated massager will help with that. I did this and some walking every other day until the soreness was tolerable, then started doing it every day as often as I could to work up to the more intensive videos and exercises.
At 342 lbs with severe RA and degenerate osteoarthritis in my knees desperately needing to get exercising I sure hope this helps. I’ll attempt tomorrow morning. Wish me luck!

And rest assured knowing you're not alone if you struggle. Good luck! 👋
I just started this exercise 4 days ago. I am 80 kgs I will try to lose 20 kgs. I find the planking a bit hard. Let hope i can do it because I always stop in the mid way. I am also started to count my intake calories. .Thanks for uploading this video.
You got this, Akshara, just stay focused and disciplined. Weight loss results depends on things like your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard you train. On average, our body can lose 3-7kg in a month by doing just any workout you can find on our channel. You may need to train harder and do some major changes in your lifestyle and diet. It's important to stay active and to eat healthy--stay away from grains and sugar. Good luck and keep exercising to see results!❤️💪
I'm going to start this tonight and do it for two weeks straight and see my progress. I need it. I'm going to do extra sets to make it 30 minutes or combine a daily walk.

I can actually say that I enjoyed the workout, eventhough the floor ones kicked my butt. Working from home for almost 3 years without any physical activity, I ended up weighing 207 lbs. I'm starting with this because I want to get my old health back. So far, I'm happy I was at least able to get through the 15 minutes. With diet, I hope I can lose some weight and, in the future, get some functional muscles back to shape.😢 I'll be doing this daily!

I am currently 12 years old. I weigh a whole 205 Ib, and I am 5’5". Shamefully, I know I am in the obese category. I’m so confused as to why I’m not losing weight. My family had given me a strict diet, and I have been following it regularly. I think my exercise game could use some work, but still. I have a goal to get at least to 160 pounds, or 120 (my favorite goal.) ✨
Hey I’m 13 weighing 209.4 pounds. I am going to try to do this Sunday thru Thursday so I can break on Saturday and Sunday. I will comment again in a month and hopefully I lose some weight
I'm gonna try this and will report results within a month. Let's see if it works. Day One: Done. (Did It Yesterday). Day Two: Done. (Done today, will do it again at night.)

You can do it Adam B ❤
You are not alone man. Same situation here i ll be starting today. Goodluck man and keep it up
I want to respectfully suggest intermittent fasting in addition to exercise. It helped me. Please talk to your doctor before.
Good luck G ❤️
You CAN do it! Don't ever stop believing in yourself. You got this 👍
Since most people said they would update on their progress but forgot, I can update!

How are you doing?
It would have been nicer to not have to see a skinny person doing the beginner obese workout
It would have been nice to see a real person tbh
You are correct. We need to see the average person work out not a skinny minny. IF The exercise help how wonderful, but that is what i though too at first, not the right model. In videos i do believe the only person who should be slender is the instructor. God Luck doing your best.
But this is what we want to look like tho!!

Hi! Is this effective? How many kls have you lost so far?
Thank you to for making exercise routines that fat people like me can actually do!
just did this exercise routine. Only two of the 11 I had trouble with, due to having bad knees. Overall not bad for a start! Thank you!
Thank you
This exercise has no pain. 😢Thank you for creating this for me. It works and it’s free. 🎉
Omg I was literally looking for something like this, because being unfit plus obese (not necessarily identical!!) I cant go along with usual routines

Hi, everyone! I am 46, obese and I just started doing this workout today. In fact, I just finished the video. I loved it and I think I’ll stick with it for the beginning as I am extremely out of shape and the least amount of movement makes me breathless. I’m hoping to change that!

Tx again :)
RE: Sore knees. Use a pillow under your knees or do it on top of your bed.
I unknowingly walked around for 13 years with a dislocated knee. Dollar Tree has these little knee pads that you can put on the floor under your knees. They provide a softer surface while still giving adequate support for leverage (more than a pillow). I think they might be floats for swimming but it's been so long since I bought mine that I can't remember.
i've been doing this for like a month or so!! i really can see results !
iam not obese but i tried this work out and I can see my self losing weight
Are you still doing it? Have you noticed results?
@@subrinawynn7157 yes!!! i do this exercise ever morning and its almost a month now and the result is quite satisfying. but you should do it regularly.
How many kilos did you lose?
Keep it up! When I was your age I thought I could and would never gain weight... was I a fool, I'm now 37 and 270lbs! So, I'm glad you are matured enough to know what you have to do! We got this!
How much have you lost
Starting doing these today! the floor ones kicked my butt but im going to keep trying! im 21 and weight 268 im upset with myself but i know im young so i can help myself! will try to eat better and continue doing these videos will update soon ♥️
All the best !
Thank you so so much, we need more of these for overweight and seniors, more please❤
You're welcome, Becky! Thank you for checking this video. I hope you had fun working out today. Good luck and keep exercising! Stay strong!💪
Everyone, you got this! I am 225 pounds or 102 kilograms. Here are a few reminders:
- Consistency is key! You won’t see results right away. It doesn’t make you a failure, but the second you say that it does, you won’t be motivated to work out. Don’t beat yourself up, and keep on going, you’re doing amazing. :)
- It’s okay to take a break once or twice a week from a harder workout, but try to find other forms of moving your body.
If those work for you, give them a shot!\
- Lastly, the number on the scale DOES NOT DEFINE YOU!
I currently am 98Kg i used to be 140 lost weight was happy and then i was depressed for not seeing results and gave up on myself now starting again 😊
Let's go, Judith Estimable! You got this! Just stay focused and disciplined. Good luck and have fun exercising! 💪
I’m going to try this for a while, and maybe I’ll give some updates later on. You know it’s hard enough being extremely self conscious of my body, while being in high school (14 years) So I really hope this helps. TY beforehand!
I'm slowly loosing hope, I tried so much exercising videos and I just give up, this is simple and the comments gave me hope, if anyone saw this please let me know any tips or other workout videos, thank you!
don't lose hope bestie. My body's aching and it gives me even more hope. If you wake up and you want be who you are, do workouts that work for you. set your goals. if your body's hurting, that's more motivation.have patience
@@nushratjahan249 luckily, I bought a stationary exercising bike. It shouldn't be too hard for me to lose wait as I'm not fat. I have a little bit of weight on me.
First time a saw an amazing exercise and I’m doing it. This is for 15 mins, how long should we do this? To start a new exercise, I just finish now. Now I’m doing skipping rope
Hi,
I am 175cm height and 94 kg in weight. I have workout experience before marriage I lost 20 kgs but after postpartum it's difficult i had c-section.
(I going to do this for 2weeks and post daily weight for my motivation and for too).
Day 1- 94kg.
Day 2- 93.85kg

Let's go, POOJA SURENDRA! Great job on completing your day two! Just continue what you have started and I am sure that you will achieve your fitness goal. Just stay focused and disciplined. Have fun exercising and I’ll see you here again tomorrow. Good luck!💪
@@RobertasGym Thank you Robert
As a beginner to most exercises, this is actually easy to follow despite the speed. I'm able to do everything but the planking.
You got this, Emma B! I am glad to know that you decided to start doing the workout. Feel free to share your progress here. We can't wait to hear more progress and your results after you do this work out. Keep going and keep exercising. See you here again tomorrow! Good luck and Happy workout! 💪
Love it! Just starting to get back into exercising. Being extremely overweight (some would say obese), this is just what I need to get this body up and moving again. Thank you and please keep making these types of videos.
Just started this workout today I am hopeful that I will lose the weight. I was looking for something low impact to regain some mobility as well.
Say a prayer
Pls update your result
Gender : Female / Height : 4'11 / Weight : 71.8 kg
Gonna do twice a day for 1 week starting from 09.05.22
Day 1 ✅ ( wasn't tough just tiny bit tricky in regards to the posture)
Day 2 ✅ (quite shockingly I enjoyed it though felt a little pain around love handles bt got through)
Day 3 ✅ (well biceps start to hurt today else ws just fine)
Day 4 ✅ ( definitely ws a lot easier to get through )
Good luck bro.
Harder than I thought. Not gonna lie. BUT great arm workout and definitely got my heart rate up
So true
I like that she lets me rest after ea one, lol, ty🙏🏽
Ok so let's be real I'm 17....and just like 2 days back v had a health camp in school and I weighted 115....was shocked b4 d covid pandemic say in 2019 I was below 100 . Well I'm also around 185cm tall .
Good luck and have fun working out!❤️💪
Yes! That will work and your building up your heart muscle and endurance.
Keep up with the good work, you'll make it. But your intake for water is too high. Please look up what too much water can cause. Good luck!
Hi how are you getting on with this routine now? Happy new years.
I am doing it for a better health . My increased weight have put a lot of stress on my joints and they hurt a lot. Wish me luck.
Video: *Exists*
Me: *I'm* an obese beginner at home! 😯
Seriously, though, it's a good pace and it's helping me get started. If you've been trying to make yourself work out, please take this as a sign to at least try it today. I really want other people like me to feel like they *can* do it, because, you can!
And rest assured knowing you're not alone if you struggle. Good luck! 👋
You got this, Cewkie. Just keep going, keep exercising, and stay focused - don't give up! Good luck!❤️💪
I only had to modify two of these workouts because my arms are still sore from another workout. Great job everyone! ❤
Good thinking, Nicole!! Sure you had a great workout today😊 See you again tomorrow! Good luck!❤️💪
I just started this exercise 4 days ago. I am 80 kgs I will try to lose 20 kgs. I find the planking a bit hard. Let hope i can do it because I always stop in the mid way. I am also started to count my intake calories. .Thanks for uploading this video.

So far I have lost 10kg. But I was also counting my calories along with the exercise.

I appreciated seeing the person doing the motions. Made it easier to follow.
I can actually say that I enjoyed the workout, eventhough the floor ones kicked my butt. I'm glad that I was able to complete it because one of the reasons I hate exercise is because my feet and back would start hurting during, but with this one I worked up a sweat without feeling like I was dieing, except for the last exercise 🤣🤣🤣
The last one always kills me omg

I am currently 12 years old. I weigh a whole 205 Ib, and I am 5’5". Shamefully, I know I am in the obese category. I’m so confused as to why I’m not losing weight.
