      Try Leslie sansone. Look up "walk at home" on here, TH-cam. Simple and easy but effective workouts!

    At 431 pounds this exercise is just what i was looking for it´s my second day and i feel great, i´m trying to do the routine at least 2 times a day and i also added i beat of light weight lifting, wish me luck.

      Twice a day and then adding weights. It's too much. Just start with 1 per day and build the HABIT. You're eventually not going to show up when you've set yourself to get changed and sweaty twice a day.

      Been nine months. How did it go? Don't be ashamed if you got off track. Everyone has at one point or another. I keep falling off the horse and getting back on. Even if it takes me a while. Hoping one of these days I keep my resolve.

    I know this may sound weird but I watch the video first to get a feel for the pace and to see if. I could actually do it! I am definitely happy that she is going slow if you think about some of things she is doing look simple but I tried the arm circle and couldn’t finish I’m so embarrassed. But I love this video thank you for posting

      I'm doing the same thing as of typing this comment. I'm an asthmatic and I'm 6'5 360lbs. I need something low impact and see if I can handle it so I'm watching this video first. I hope your health journey is going well

    i found this workout to be effective. It got my heartrate up, I was tired, but not exhausted at the end, and I liked the pacing. I'm moderately active, but still obese, and I've started doing this as one of the ways I'm supplementing the movement I was getting before having to shelter in place due to coroanvirus. 10/10

    I started a strick 1100 calorie diet in July & I weighed 274.6.I started this exercise program last week & and now down only to 271.6. praying for positive results!

      You are eating too low of calories.Too much of a deficit wont help you in the long run.😊

    I'm classed as obese and most workouts I've found on here are hard for me and quickly make me tired. This workout was so perfect. It's perfect for anyone who does not normally do much exercise at home

    hello … I am 54 years old and have been in menopause for four years now...the weight packed on and I am now obese.. was trying to find a work out that my body could do and went to so many beginners on youtube...found I was so weak and sore after that the next few days I could not do anything...thank you so much for this workout THIS IS ONE THAT I CAN DO !!     I'm obese and also have bad hips and arthritis in my back. This exercise was really good! It got me sweaty but I don't feel like dead meat afterwards. I hope that I can keep this up and make this into a routine. Every other exercise video I've tried has had me too exhausted by the end of it, and I'm really glad I got to find one that is targeted at obese folks who don't exercise regularly. And it was fun and easy!!!

      I have scoliosis and it's hard to even stand for more than 90 seconds. I'm overweight but the inability to stand is because of backpack not the weight, but it makes it impossible to get enough excersise. There should be more stuff like this out there to help people who actually need to lose weight! Have you seen the show "fat to fit" ? I think thats what it's called. Personal trainers gain a bunch of weight on purpose to get "fat" then they have an overweight person they try to help lose weight at the same time. It's more practical because all (most of) these fitness gurus have been skinny their whole lives. It's a while different thing trying to get fit when youre actually overweight as opposed to just trying to gain muscle.

    I wanted you to know that I just started exercising and surprisingly I enjoyed it I am looking forward tomorrow night I weighed 416 and just weighed in and I lost 20 pounds so I weigh now 395. I am on a 1500 calorie low carb high protein diet and I been at for now 5 weeks I am on my 6th week and i haven't given up I am not quitting until I reach my goal. Thank you for putting out these videos and I thank GOD for keeping me going and encouraging me not to give up.
    If you just started losing weight don't give up it's ruff but it gets little easier as you go along don't quit.

    I like doing jogging during the rest time, and then rest when you do the 5sec count down. I love that its so simple that my 3yr and 5yr olds join me! Definitely gives me motivation, while also teaching them about keeping our bodies healthy! Thank you for this video 😌❤

      Sameee, also my 3yr and 4yr join me as well! If I’m tired I jog during rest time or just continue the workout like it didn’t finish until the 5sec countdown.

    Started on 16 April 23
    Day 1 (Morning) good experience , felt fresh after this not hard. To as I was doing treadmill from so long. Its easy

    Despite my size I was able to do all workouts which I guess is a relatively positive outcome considering that I also have fibromyalgia. This is fantastic I truly do hope you add to it but if not I can do this routine daily. I guess my only question is how many times a day should I be doing it or is it something that I should increase as I am able? Thank you for making this.

      @@allidoiscry4119 yes it's kind of funny because often times people will ask me for help and they don't really understand just to the magnitude sometimes that you are unable to help them with just basic things mainly because you know how bad it will hurt later.

      Oh Lucia I'm so glad to find someone in my same situation! The exact same thing happened to me. Also I was pretty scared and depressed and ate a lot to ease the emotions. I'm on megace (an appetite stiumulant - ugh) But hey I'm alive, I just don't want to waste my days by being not able to do things.

    I am morbidly obese, have fibro, stenosis, arthritis in my spine, ddd, and other things, I did this, and it made me sweat!! Which, is awesome! I didn't have the best posture but, it's a starting point!

    This was a very doable beginners exercise. I'm 340lbs and it got the blood pumping. I stared my year at 375 going low carb. Excited to find a regime I can actually do now to kick my plateau in the ass and continue on my journey.
    Day 3 and my muscles are stiff and sore! Yay!

      That's about feels. Here we need to see more of the body mechanics, so a thinner model works better for that. If it were a *real* model, I'd tend to agree, just to show that the exercises are possible for our body types, but an animated model doesn't really have those limitations.

      @@spacerconrad I disagree. If we really want to see body mechanics, we need a realistic image of what it looks like on an obese person. For example, the knee hugs. This skinny simulation doesn't take into account that my leg can't go up like that without my stomach being in the way.

      @@kdelka81 Yup, that's why I make the workouts myself. It may not be pretty, but it's realistic and suitable for obese people. I like these workouts on this channel too, I think they are great starting point.

    Hope someone finds it motivating to see my progress so every week I'll report here how I'm doing ^^
    Info:
    I am eating up to 1400 calories per day (I use an app to track what I eat)
    I weight 100kg (220 lbs)
    I'm 160cm (5,2ft)
    I walk from 6 to 10k steps per day
    I will do this workout every day as well as arm exercises!
    I am tired of feeling terrible in my own body so time to change it!

    UPDATE (4/28/2020)
    I now weight 97.4Kg (214lbs)!
    I didn't really go on 6-10k walks every day ( I skipped about 3 days of that)
    I ate under my calorie limit. Sometimes over but really rarely, I drink A LOT OF GREEN TEA AND WATER!
    Last Saturday I let myself rest, but on Sunday I was back at it!
    I did this video, then from this same channel 30 days weight loss challenge and 15min full-body workout - rapid results - summer-ready,
    Then I do Arm exercises from different channels as well as jaw/double chin exercises.
    That's all! See you in a week!
    UPDATE (5/7/2020)
    I weigh 96.1KG (211lbs).
    This update is a little more embarrassing since I haven't lost as much, and I have skipped a few days of workout because of a really bad mood.
    I don't really count my calories but I try to stay within the 1400 calories range.
    When doing these exercises I skip through the breaks most of the time, so that's it :D

    Well, I weigh over 500 lbs. I have been afraid of the pain from standing but the pacing and types of exercises provided was extremely helpful to me. I was very scared to start exercising out of fear of pain but I feel good, a bit tired, and happy. I am thankful. Thank you for this. I have lost 20 lbs so far and am trying to incorporate exercise into the routine you know? Thank you so much. How do I know when to progress? When is the right time?

      You should switch exercise routines every now and then. Your body will get used to the movements so try to switch it up when it gets too easy for you 🙂

    I gained 60lbs during my pregnancy . Told myself I’d lose the weight as soon as my baby was born .. well that was almost 8 months ago 😂 Finally deciding to take control . This is the first time I’ve worked out since before my pregnancy unfortunately lol . It felt nice to do . The 15 minutes didn’t seem like it lasted years , it wasn’t too hard , made me feel tired , but not dead , and it was something I could keep up with . My body aches everyday since I’ve had my baby , and this is the first time in a long time I’ve felt stretched out , and refreshed 😂 I’ll be doing this workout again ! ❤

      I’ve gained 60lb from having my son 13 years ago. I’ve never tried to work out to loose the weight on my tried diets. I’ve had my daughter 20 month ago, I’m 205lb as of right now and I’m also wanting to make a change and loose weight and get back to a healthy weight.     So glad i found this video. I am an obese individual, and i appreciate how there is rest time between each exercise. I find that other videos i have come across go straight into two or three other exercises before resting which makes me feel exhausted just watching it. I’m definitely going to be trying this workout.

      @@arii8474 hello! Yes i haveeee very little but hey progress is progress right? But there is one thing about that. I struggled a lot at first and I actually Gained 7lbs before I started to loose weight so I was (213lbs) and I figured out it was because my potions and not working out enough. I am now (200lbs) and I’m still working out, But not doing this workout anymore. I wasn’t finding it hard enough and I never felt accomplished if you want to know what I do, I do (20 waterbugs) (20 push-ups) (20 sit-ups) (20 squats) and I take a break whenever I feel that it is to difficult. At first I took a break after every push-up but now it’s after every 3 push-ups. Same with sit-ups I’m doing this workout without a diet besides less portions and a cheat day once a week (once a week to give my body a break and not workout and eat what I like and how much I like)At first during my cheat day I would eat a lot. Now my stomach has naturally shrinkin and I don’t eat as much on my cheat day as I did. Also if you find unself eating too much food, drink a bottle of water 30 mins before you eat. You will feel more full. Also try to get urself to drink water with your dinner or any meal also. Also you will feel hungry a lot at first from eating smaller portions. So if u get hungry at a random point of the day instead of eating a snack. Eat ice or chew gum I found that to help a lot. Or some people say eat a mint but I didn’t find that helpful. If you have any questions let me know I will help as much as I can!

    Day 2 : I found it hurts when I did arms circle and side bend, my arms sound like crack but it's ok, nothing bad was happened, i keep doing it.
    Day 3 : almost skip workout but i did it anyway ^^

    I'm overweight but not obese though I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis, a slower pace workout might work for me and this is a good one..... I've even completed this in my pj's!

    The lady should at least be smiling! BTW this workout seems easy but my 270lbs butt was sweaty after my first session. I liked this, I thought it would be a piece of cake but turns out I was really out of shape. Twice daily and a walk around the block. Been doin this 1 month now and I need a new video!!! Thank you!!!!

    28yo at 282 pounds (down from 324 from counting calories + IF) I've been looking to get into daily workouts and I feel this is a good starting point, thank you. I'll be doing this daily until it feels way too easy.
    I thought side bends would be really easy but ironically enough they're giving me trouble, especially on one side I get pain very quickly so I'm trying to not push the bend further.
    Squats are actually simple and I can go way down but my knees hurt if I do too many, 5 at a time seems alright for now.

    I'm obese around 215 lbs then I did some intense workout for a month and weigh 189 lbs now, this is too easy for me but I'm doing it for additional exercise Cuz I had my cheatday yesterday.

    This was perfect! I am considered obese and this was a great workout. At certain points it was hard to keep up to the speed but I valued having opportunities to “rest”. In other videos, they only let us rest at the end which makes working out seem like a chore.

    i'm doing this every day! morning and night
    day 1: hell but i made it through. evening was easier than morning
    day 2: already easier. i did 1.5 sets at night.
    day 3 (morning): felt the same as day 2, except the side bends felt easier.
    day 3 (night): i did this twice! woot woot! and my squats are getting easier and lower.
    day 4 (morning): mornings seem to always be harder than nights. but i made it through just fine :)
    i missed night and day 5. i had a large party to host and didn't wanna but physical stress on me.
    day 6 (morning? afternoon): felt great! the short break actually was fine. i could easily get through this. maybe too easily.
    day 6 (night): i didnt report bc i was tired i guess 😂
    day 7 (morning): i did it in jeans... REGRET IT. it was much harder.
    day 7 night i missed. had something come up.
    day 8 (morning): felt good! heard some popping on the side bends, which are honestly my least favorite.
    day 8 (night): it's THE BEST while drinking water between each rest time. why didn't i do that before? 😭 also looking at your own reflection is nice.
    day 9 morning: tiiiiiired. mostly because i didnt sleep enough the night before. that really changes things.
    day 9 night: my hate for side bends only grows... maybe i'm not doing them properly? it genuinely hurts.
    day 10 morning: these side bends are wack. everything else i'm getting better at, especially squats and high knee twists. side bends are getting SO much harder. i almost skipped them today but i didn't.

    Please comment to motivate me daily to do this workout , i skipped rest times , and was breathing heavily ،it's easy yet beneficial, my muscles trembled while doing bridges and high knees, back turns were a lil hard for me it felt my back is too stiff to do this exercise, or may be i wasn't doing it properly, again, it made me feel good and little warm, i think so, it's for the bodies to get used to exercise, and if this is the purpose, these are definitely the best🌹 i am determined to do it daily for 15 days then move to a little complex level, may be i can do it daily, will update daily.
    Day 2: thanks Roberta, did it again, felt more intense as compared to yesterday don't know why? May be because I'm taking 1100 calories along with it so I felt a bit weak? But the body was trembling more today , and felt more great, overall, to be honest I'm seeing the exercise marks on my stomach, 🥺🌹 looks like it's going in the right direction
    Day 3: a lil tremble, better than yesterday, but not than the first day, I cheated the 2nd day on diet 😩 and ate lot of sweet kheer , and cake, and ate roti etc etc😩
    Day 4 :skipped heavy period pains
    Day 5: did double times, and was about to faint
    Day 6, 7: skipped due to periods pains.

I fought with every single person who called me fat... And at last they felt scared to call me that... Be confident.... Be overconfident... This is world... What is the point if everyone here looked thin, fair and strong..... Believe me this world is for us too..... But make sure you are healthy...

    Loved this workout finally a workout i can manage till the end. I was curious as to how many calories it burns. It feels good to do exercises this way. When should i increase the intensity? Ive done it once and felt ok. Thanks so much.

It only takes 15 minutes to burn off 100 calories, but remember, your unique factors like weight, height, age, gender, and metabolism all play a part in how many calories you burn.     I'm curious if this one burns more fat than the other beginner work out? Also roughly how many calories are burnt in both of these workouts? I saw a calorie counter for the 7 day belly fat challenge (I'll be switching to that one once I can get past the beginner stage!)

Your present weight, height, age, gender, and metabolism all affect how many calories you burn. Please know that the more we do physical activity every day it increases the number of calories your body uses for energy or burns off. Hope this help! Good luck and Happy workout!💪

    Try having multiple avatars with various body types. This provides more choice which provides a higher comfort level when exercising . Thoughts?

    Are there any other daily exercises that should be done with this workout video? Or is this enough for a daily workout for an overweight person.
