To bleed the rear brakes there is a reservoir on the right side of the quad by the foot rest (looking at the quad from the back) there should be 2 screws on a small cap, take them off and fill it with brake fluid. Then put the cap back on and have someone pump the rear brake petal like 10 times and then on the last time have them hold it down. While it’s held down go to the rear of the quad and towards the right side of the axel u will see a brake caliper. There will be a small nut/valve facing towards you (it’s like a 8mm or something around there) and loosen it and if there is any air in the line it will be pushed out. Keep repeating the process until you have brakes
You have to admit, that's more fun than a full size ATV. The smaller stuff is always more fun you can throw it around easier and it doesn't feel as dangerous

I have removed them easily by pulling the pipe, Lay the section with the bulge on a piece of angle iron and draw a line to provide an index and cut across the middle of the bulge with a chop saw. Dig out the contents from both ends. Lay both halves back in the angle iron and align the index mark you made and weld it back together. Another way to prove if there is a cat in the bulge is to drill a very tiny hole thru the surface of the bulge. Then probe with a small piece of wire or some such. The honeycomb will prevent the wire from going all the way into the pipe. You can tack weld over the hole to seal it and this test does not require removing the pipe.

You should get wheel spacers because they help the quad give it more of a better stance and it’s more likely not to flip because it covers more ground as in width! @CarsandCameras

Don’t forget smaller front sprockets also cause more chain wear and friction, it’s turning a tighter circle now. That’s more chain movement no matter how ya slice it. And sprockets will wear faster. When you can, it’s better to slow something down by adding teeth at the rear sprocket. It’ll be fine.
Maybe instead of expanding your fleet of go karts and whatnot, you guys could tear down the storage shed and build a better one that has a shop on one side and an uninsulated side to store your carts...? Just an idea...keep up the great work you guys! 👍
Please add risers for The Handlebar and maybe some foot Pockets so you don't have the chance of putting your foot in the tire great video I look forward to seeing risers on your handlebars at least

Reminds me of my uncles atv. I was in 5th gear full throttle a few times, around 50mph. I later learned that both brakes did nothing at all. I was only told one didn't work
a wider rear axle would be a huge stability boost. it is quite a bit narrower than the front end. and you really gotta get some tread on those rear tires!
@carsandcameras it's both the exhaust and muffler the diameter of the pipe is too small for a 110cc 125cc etc it is OK but for a 140cc the diameter is bigger hope this helps
Nice videos on the predator motors and this quad! I have a pit bike with a 140 in it i just got going 2 minths ago! But i also have the same little quad you guys have here, im gonna put the 140 in that/ you guys made me wanna build my pit quad up lol
think the best way to put the new muffler on is to weld a bigger pipe on the end of the front pipe and clamp the muffler to that prolly be a good idea to put the footboards back on
Why is the front wider than the rear, wide the whole thing to make it more stable. Also, try to pick up a big quad. I’m have a grizzly 660 that I have been riding since I was 10. The thing is awesome...
You should soo some how put a little engine in the back of that kayak at the side of your garage. And mount a propeller to the back of it and have an engine powered kayak. I don't know how you'd do it but it'll be fine haha

few upgraded to think about. inner rotor kit, a full exhaust like a yosh or fmf something like that. uni pod filter. this should get you where you want to be... the header is restrictive.. if you do end up buying an exhaust youll see a huge difference in the diameter of the exhaust.

Watch the bushing in front were the bolts holds arm to motor they go bad real quick and cause arm to move which cause's chain to go tight and loose and will jump chain and can case to crack cover

Lower center of gravity, and bigger rear axle and extend the front suspension to make it overall lower. I think that would make it awesome

Im sure they could tune tgis engine to the rvl muffler id just go with a 28mm muffler as well a lot quieter and still has great performance
