It only took a few days....ITS OFFICIAL....The dislikes on the trailer have overtook and taken a good lead on the likes! Yet DICE/EA employees like Westie/AngryJoe are scrambling, making more videos than usual on BF5 to try and save the atrocity and biggest failure in BF history! Sorry fellas, yall are wasting your time!! The damage has been done, theyve lost even the WW2 fans, theyve lost the modern fans, theyve lost ppl that have been with the franchise since day 1! I mean they even said after the release of BF1, when questioned about the casual nature and that the core BF fans have left, they said "well its a new era of BF" and shrugged it off. They dont care how good the game is anymore, they just want the sales, and then they move on. Except this time, they wont get the sales.
PsychoticHeaven - Even old Call of Duty games and their dlc still command a high price. Battlefield & Battlefront games are in the bargain bin. There are constant sales for their games & dlc passes on the PlayStation network.... shovelware. I bought the complete BF1 package (with season pass) for like $20 and that included Titanfall 2 Deluxe.
That's BF 1 event from last year was just...awful...like come on man. Also I'm a black guy btw and I could see how they were clearly pandering and probably grabbed whoever they could find for that event smh.

1) Remove Female soldiers from majority of Battles : IE Maps Like Omaha Beach, Iwo Jima, large scale battles. As this is completely historically inaccurate and offensive to WWII Veterans who fought and died. You can keep Female soldiers for Battle of Stalingrad / French Resistance. Much like you did for Battlefield 1. The US Forces / British Forces did not deploy females to frontline combat! No woman was deployed storming the beaches of Normandy!! It is just unacceptable
2) No Allied Forces wielding Katanas or Braveheart Battlepaint / Prosthetics. You are making Battlefield look like Steam punk and Fortnite. We want to see Japanese soldiers wielding Katanas!
3) Stop pushing Liberal Social Justice Agendas down players throats in Battlefield. The core players that have played since Battlefield 1942, want genuine historical content, not content that aims to "not offend" players that do not actually play Battlefield.

They were probably EA approved jokes, and an EA approved script after Comedy Central shilled out Trevor Noah for promotional money. I mean, let's be real here. He's under contract, so if EA comes to Comedy Central and says, "We'll give you a bunch of money to get The Daily Show host for our game reveal." I don't think he'd have much choice if the company said yes. Besides, I think this just proves how out of touch with ANY fan-base EA is. They're thinking The Daily Show is popular with the young folks, not realizing they missed that mark back in 2015 when Jon Stewart left the show.
