I always thought *Lex Luthor* would be terrifying with a Green Lantern Ring. Combine his crazy willpower, vast intellect and none of the reluctance to abuse power like Batman; and you'd have a deadly ring wielder.
But he couldnt kill with it. Wich would probably annoy him but he would still be Dangerous. His Power Suit is already quite strong but a Green Lantern Version of it? Also Lex probably has ewrey single Weapon his Company ever produced in his Head memorized. So he also would have a unimaginable Powerfull Weapon Arsenal at is Disposel and could make the Light Construct Versions of them even more Powerfull.

I would have to say after the death of his parents a red ring would satisfy me. The death of his parents drive him for years and that type of devotion becomes conviction but to a young man it is rage.
Fun fact: the story "In Darkest Knight" takes place on Earth 32, while the Dawnbreaker originates from Earth -32. The other evil Batmen in Metal and Death Metal also originate from earths that are numbered as the negatives of related earths. For example, the Batman Who Laughs came from Earth -22, while Earth 22 is Kingdom Come, another earth where important events started with the killing of the Joker. Also in Death Metal Batman wore a Black Lantern ring properly, but that was after this video released.
Honestly I think of all the rings the White Lantern Corps is the perfect one for him a close second would be the Phantom Ring. He doesn't embody any one particular Light of the Spectrum but rather a calculated amount of each. As such either of these would be perfect in my mind. If I wanted to have a truly interesting story I would give Batman the Phantom Ring since it makes the weilder cycle through the emotional spectrum. Just my opinion
