Are We Opening A Can Of Worms - Replacing Windows In Our Log Cabin

Hi Friends!!!
One lesson Matt and I have learned since buying a log cabin and moving from Ontario to Nova Scotia is that nothing is "easy". In the same breath we have also learned that nothing worth doing is easy either. Matt has installed windows before and he really thought it would be a rather simple job. In some was it was and in others it was not. The quality of windows that we were accustomed to in Ontario are not what we were about to buy here in NS. That made the install more difficult!!! Matt muscled through it while I cheered him on. He is also off and running on the deck! I cannot wait to sit out there and have a coffee in the morning!
I've been running errands and helping Matt where and when I can but sometimes my hammock is calling and I just have to answer it! The weather here has been great and we are loving life. As always we are missing everyone in Ontario like crazy and that will never stop! Plans are in the making for Taya, Devin and our Grandson to come for a visit! I cannot wait to see them and show them around our new hood!
