Here’s the thing I’ve said before going about things as a writer, you got to make people believe in the unbelievable. Just because Mr.Freeze gets defeated with hot soup(even though I’ve heard people mention Thermal shock) doesn’t mean it destroys the narrative and how that was foreshadowed in the writing and how it was set up with Bruce getting a cold and Alfred giving it to Bruce. SK is definitely the guy who would take away the magic away from magic, like interrupting a magician’s trick in front of a show. Look, I don’t like magic either, I’m more of the guy who prefers powers that are more grounded, organic and conventional but there’s a reason magic exist with its rules and how it’s used within the realm of storytelling, which is not going through the hassle to explain how it works and where it originates, some stories do explain this but that could be what I consider “blowing your load” when you have to explain everything and not letting the audience digest it and get invested, it’s one of the reasons why Stan Lee created the X-men to be Mutants, he didn’t want to write more origin stories for how characters got their powers and ran with the saying “I ran out of rays so I made them mutants.”
@@CheeF_Phetty Ok, so first of all, I never said you agreed with every defense he made. I said you were gassing them up, which you yourself just admitted. I find it hilarious you even agree with them, considering majority of the defenses listed here are ones you would laugh at when applied to other things.
Wasn’t impressed by this nor do I think alternate reads of a TV show is grounds for accusing someone of lying (I even agree on a few things being incorrect in these coverages of these 2 episodes). Don’t think it’s fair to say I’m out to lie to people. Regardless, I’m covering this on a stream, you’re welcome to come on and defend your points if interested.
5:31 about how the villains took a summer to conformation that spider-man, would there be security Cameras scattered around the City and when spider-man tied up Criminals to anonymously give to the authority’s would they immediately Point out that the Criminals are tied up with literal Spider Webs?
Even if there had been cameras, the quality would have been subpar, given that this event took place in 2008. And with the Spider Webs part. How would you know if this was Spider-Man? Since it was done anonymously, it could have been anyone else who did it. This may seem like a stretch, but this is a kid show, after all.

@robbie_the_mastermind2176 I made the video because I (and many people in his comment section) found the video very flawed, and because Spectacular was still fresh in my mind, made me want to make this video. When SK made a live stream, I was curious so do with my homies, and we realized after 30 minutes, that the host (SK) is boring and unfunny. We all agreed that it was not worth spending time/energy on, and started watching something we do enjoy, like movies, anime, etc. (Also, I'm not confident nor comfortable being live in front of the audience, unlike some people that can do both editing and streaming live) I hope this answers your question.
While I still love sk's videos along with the spectacular spiderman, videos he brings up good points I love spectacular spiderman series even tho I agree with his points. I think your video is sound an of mind, but at the same time he usually knows what he is talking about.
one problem i have with this show, that it takes parts from other spiderman movies and media (like the bell tower scene or eddie's ark which is taken from ultimate spiderman) and not get why those things do and don't work. 90's spiderman did the bell tower way better and eddie in that show has a much better multi season ark.
I don't know much about ultimate Spider-Man whether it's comic, video game or cartoon versions. The bell tower scene, I think Spectacular did it ok, not good, not bad, it was an attempted.

Good video, keep it up!
As for SK, believe me when I say his video on Homecoming is like ten times worse.
Bro, you do not wanna gas up these defenses lmao. So many of your criticisms for other media would fall apart if you did that.
