So, I am requesting a video on the E-flite parkflyer/BNF warbird series like the 1.2m P-51 Mustang/Spitfire/P-47/AT-6 etc.. setup for flaps, retracts, ailerons, rudder & elevator. Additionally, any rate/expo available options with the AS3X; Thanks man, I know you will do a great job with it.
I need some help! I have a DX9 and I'm trying to add a new model but I can't figure it out. The model I want to add is a rudder elevator with two flap servos (modified Radian) and a Spectrum AR600 receiver. Can you give me some direction? Thanks for your help...Dan
Can you plz do a short video on how to use the "Absolute Travel" Function which prevents servo bindup/burnout? Can't find any refs for this on the net. Thanks
RcHelpDotCom I havent upgraded on a transmitter since my Tactic 8 which is nice but I cannot use it on my UMX or other Spektrum based planes. I am done with this 6i. Such a piece of junk. I do not trust it beyond flying the UMX. I watched two of my planes lock up and go nose in. Thats when I went to Tactic. I havent seen anything bad about the DX 9 and really like it. I bought the 6i before reading the reviews, my mistake.
After upgrading to 2.08, I keep trying to bind my E-flite Carbon Z cub. The voice says the bind is successful but the model does not initiate and nothing works. I am getting desperate for help with a TX I am beginning to wish I had never bought (just a few days ago). PS: I hear others are selling them after wasting days trying to get them to work!
Tony I bought a new dx9 bulk edition.my only complaint is installing the tax battery .the hardest job I ever had.now in retro spect I wonder if I can master all the programming.up till now I used futaba.the radio feels awkward .
It looks like auto correct has struck again lol. What do you mean by "installing the tax battery"? The programming on these is pretty easy once you know where everything is in the file system. It will take time to learn, but it also took time to learn how to fly as well. Just give it time and it will all become second nature. As for feeling awkward, coming from another Tx brand, they do feel different. I remember flying with a DX6e I believe it was and compared to my DX8 and my DX9, it just didn't feel right, and they were the same company making them lol. Over time, just like with the file system, it will grow on you. I love mine. www.Rc-Help.com
Many thanks for your video, as the DX9 manual is not very informative, just a question, as I heard the same radio with voice alert for the timer, and can't find how to program it!
Everything on mine is setup in the Timer menu and is pretty much all default. I have not added any custom voice commands or anything. I just go in and set the % above low stick to start, set One Time if needed and set the duration. You can set Tone, Vibrate, or both and Tone would be the voice, at least it is on my Tx.
Hi!Does anyone knows how to set failsafe on dx9 with fy41ap? Where can i find the settings in dx9 to set autopilot failsafe ?because when i set failsafe in the ap seems not enough it does not activate throttle
