    FULL DAY DIET PLAN FOR WEIGHT LOSS
    SOME TIPS YOU SHOULD KNOW
    1. DO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST
    Skipping breakfast will not help you lose weight. You could miss out on essential nutrients and you may end up snacking more throughout the day because you feel hungry
    2. EAT REGULAR MEALS
    Eating at regular times during the day helps burn calories at a faster rate. It also reduces the temptation to snack on foods high in fat and sugar.
    3. EAT PLENTY OF FRUIT AND VEG
    Fruit and veg are low in calories and fat, and high in fibre - 3 essential ingredients for successful weight loss. They also contain plenty of vitamins and minerals.
    4. GET MORE ACTIVE
    Being active is key to losing weight and keeping it off. As well as providing lots of health benefits, exercise can help burn off the excess calories you cannot lose through diet alone.
    5. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER
    People sometimes confuse thirst with hunger. You can end up consuming extra calories when a glass of water is really what you need.

    6. EAT HIGH FIBER FOODS
    Foods containing lots of fiber can help keep you feeling full, which is perfect for losing weight. Fiber is only found in food from plants, such as fruit and veg, oats, wholegrain bread, brown rice and pasta, and beans, peas and lentils.
    7. READ FOOD LABELS
    Knowing how to read food labels can help you choose healthier options. Use the calorie information to work out how a particular food fits into your daily calorie allowance on the weight loss plan.
    8. USE A SMALLER PLATE
    Using smaller plates can help you eat smaller portions. By using smaller plates and bowls, you may be able to gradually get used to eating smaller portions without going hungry. It takes about 20 minutes for the stomach to tell the brain it's full, so eat slowly and stop eating before you feel full.
    9. DO NOT BAN FOODS
    Do not ban any foods from your weight loss plan, especially the ones you like. Banning foods will only make you crave them more. There's no reason you cannot enjoy the occasional treat as long as you stay within your daily calorie allowance.
    10. DO NOT STOCK JUNK FOOD
    To avoid temptation, do not stock junk food - such as chocolate, biscuits, crisps and sweet fizzy drinks - at home. Instead, opt for healthy snacks, such as fruit, unsalted rice cakes, oat cakes, unsalted or unsweetened popcorn, and fruit juice.
    11. CUT DOWN ON ALCOHOL
    A standard glass of wine can contain as many calories as a piece of chocolate. Over time, drinking too much can easily contribute to weight gain.
    12. PLAN YOUR MEALS
    Try to plan your breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for the week, making sure you stick to your calorie allowance. You may find it helpful to make a weekly shopping list.

    Sir apki har video boht informative hai but apko weight loss ki baat karne time products ke bare mein bhi kuch share karna chahiye jaise kuch log dieting vagera nahi kar pate to unke liye grassy life boht effective hai and kuch logo ka budget kam hota hai to ayurslim bhi achi option hai halka slow still nice .. so that har insan ka case apki video mein cover ho sake because har insan ke liye time par khana possible nahi and apko iske sath weight gain par bhi aur videos jrur publish karni chahiye

      Actually not whey protein is much cheaper than eggs in terms of price if you campare overall like it is an investment you will have to pay good amount at start but in reality it will be cheaper eggs will cost around 38-40 rs as per my area and will give me 24 grams of protein approx if I eat only whites and whey protein costs me around 26 rs and will also give me 24 grams of protein with bcaa etc ...

    That’s a good diet plan ! Except for the coffee at 5pm …. I think it is not good if you want to have a high quality sleep
    But otherwise it is good :)

    ok so of course this will help anyone eating lose weight bc
    if you add this up it's barely 1,000 calories, and everyone is generally recommended double that and it's pretty low on carbs too.
    &IT DOESNT MATTER IF YOU DRINK COLD OR HOT TEA
    OR WATER,
    THAT DOES NOT EFFECTS WEIGHT LOSS IN ANY WAY
    IT REGULATES TO THE TEMP OF UR BODY ONCE U DRINK IT, DUH.

      @@Tcam0720 if you're in a shower so much that you're shivering, obviously you're burning more calories, your body is moving. that why shivering exist.
      but on a hot day, if their was some sort of tracker than if when I'm hot I drink ice cold water instead of room temperature water, your metabolism is not going to speed up even temporarily just because you're drinking a cold liquid and body can't tell the difference between water and tea, because ever drink is just with something added to it.
      unless you are in a cold shower or submerged in water the temperature of your beverage doesn't matter
      (I drink everything with ice, I'm skinny but I won't drink anything unless it's ice cold, it of course does not effect me losing weight bc that would be crazy)

      @@euniceimasekha6726 Hey, sure 🙂 my diet during weight loss is high fat, low carb. The only carbs I eat are from vegetables, but I don’t count them in my macros. My calories are around 2125 calories:
      Protein = 250 grams - 1000 calories
      Healthy fats = 125 calories - 1125 calories
      Carbs = 0 grams - 0 calories
      Total = 2125 calories
      This works great for me and my body fat melts away like butter.
      Of course I also go to the gym 5x a week and do cardio 2x a week, drink a lot of water and sleep well.

    Try intermittent fasting even just for a 12hr window. Let your gut rest by not eating. You can take water or any other calorie-free drinks.
