ÎȚI VOR AMINTI DE BUNICI: TURTE pe PLITĂ cu GEM de CAISE | S02E07

Dacă ai copilărit în anii 80-90, sigur și bunica ta făcea turte din astea, dar, ca și în cazul meu, le făcea cu apă și nu cu lapte. Deși sunt incredibil de simple, sunt extraordinar de gustoase, cu sau fără gem. Copilărind la țară, mergeam să stăm la coadă la brutărie, și nu tot timpul prindeam pâine. Atunci bunica făcea turte delicioase și pufoase ca acestea. Scoteam un borcan de gem din beci, și gata prânzul.
Ingrediente:
- 700g făina;
- 400ml lapte sau apă;
- 10g sare;
- o lingură de zahăr;
- un pachet de drojdie uscată;

If you grew up in the 80s and 90s, your grandmother probably made these flatbreads too, but, like in my case, she made them with water and not milk. Although they are incredibly simple, they are incredibly tasty, with or without jam. Growing up in the countryside, we used to go to stand in line at the bakery, and we didn't always get bread. Back then grandma used to make delicious and fluffy flatbreads like these. I was taking a jar of jam out of the cellar, and lunch was ready.

- a tablesoon of sugar;
- a package of dry yeast;
