Well, for a peak like that you'd most likely be looking at a double boot (assuming that this will be a multi-day venture). Now the weight of the double boot is up for you to decided, doing a quick search it looks like a lot of people are using Everest style boots for that peak (think Olympus Mons Cube or Phantom 8000s) but because the summit is right around 6000M an argument could be made for using a double boot like the La Sportiva G2 EVO or the SCARPA Phantom 6000s. The La Sportiva G-Summits are another boot to be aware of as they are a double boot that should be able to handle decent exposure, but, they're new to the market and relatively unproven, so be weary on those.
How can you do a review about a boot you have never worn???
Great comparison. = ) keep it coming 👍
Happy New Year 🥳🥳🥂🥂🍾🍾👏👏🎇🎇✨✨🎊🎊🎉🎉🧨🧨
how are the g techs sized compared to your phantoms and how is the warmth?
What is your exact foot length please ? 44 is pretty much what I would need from LaS, but would like to have some idea. I think that's 283mm.Thanks.
What boots would you recommend for Mera Peak? Thanks
