      This is the 2nd time watching this. Rachel!! Our stories are so similar and what's holding me back is calling. 🤦‍♀️. I was a telemarketer in high-school 🤷‍♀️
      You remind me that it's JUST A PHONE CALL

    I love how you're always putting the cold hard truth right at the start of every video. Not a realtor and we haven't worked together, but that always a great sign of somebody who's legit.

    Im just shy of 2 Months into Real estate and I finally got my First listing in Vancouver. All from Cold calling home owners asking if they have thought about moving. Its def a mental game and you need to stay consistant. Although scripts are good I think its also good to not sound like you are reading a script. "ARPING" As you mentioned is key! I follow a similar aproach. Love the videos Brandon as always well done.

    Great video as always Brandon. Just passed my exams but been watching you not fluff the work that must go into making a living is my daily must. I'm still a blank canvas at this point. Thanks for being real. Sincerely though. A human that shows all their hand to make everyone better is a thing of beauty these days. I think I just dated myself with that comment. Will be reaching out as soon as my ducks are lined up with on boarding with a brokerage and my license is thrown at me, your my next step. Thanks for doing what you do. Stay real and I'll hit you up soon enough and I don't fall of this earth. Peace to you and all the realtors doing that daily grind.

    Love your channel and philosophy. Just confused by what you said at the 17:07 mark and your feedback to Rachel contradicted that advice. So do we call FSBO's on day 1 or not? Thank you.

    I'm curious...should the average DOM for that area be brought up in that initial call? i.e.: "It makes total sense that you're selling on your own, but I'm curious...since the average days on market in your area is around 10 days, would you be willing to have a conversation around that time to see if you might be open to looking at other options to getting your house sold?"

    Do you provide marketing training once you get a listing? Or is that something you should get from your brokerage?

    • @BrandonMulrenin
      @BrandonMulrenin  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes I do. I give all of my coaching clients a full marketing action plan to get their listings sold.

    I am on a team that gives me tons of internet buyer leads. Should I stay on this team and prospect on top of these leads? Or just go solo and focus on listings.

    • @BrandonMulrenin
      @BrandonMulrenin  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      If you can consistently prospect every day without the accountability of the team, then it would make sense to go solo. The problem is most agents once they’re by themselves don’t do the work every day and therefore are better off being on a team where there is accountability

      How many homes a year does your broker sell? Only take advice from people who are succeeding in what you want to succeed in. Most “brokers” have never sold real estate in high volume. Otherwise they’d still be selling because they would be making a lot more selling homes that their 40-50k salary managing an office. Make sense?

      @@BrandonMulrenin yes, I paid for RedX 2 months ago for expireds. Most of them are bad numbers. I do call every Fsbo that comes up in the area (which is about maybe 4 a week). Contracts just keep falling through.
