I should be somewhere around 8 million in sales for my first year, largely because I absorbed every video of yours. @@kcpdx Sometimes. Some haven’t and some have. I’ve only ever lowered my commission one time, and it was one of my nicer listings.
How do you get the templates for the FSBOs backup plan or the listing presentation ?

Hey Brandon, isn’t Ali’s method of marketing in direct violation of the FTC? It’s illegal to send out unsolicited text messages to consumers who have not explicitly requested to be contacted. A fine of 1500$ per text is possible and can be identified through the telecommunications carriers. How is Ali getting around this?
