I just found this today and love this format. I love the variety of music and that it’s broken down in five minutes segments you can do as many as you want or as few as you want and you don’t have to continually go back to start a new video. Going to have to look for more of this format.

My favorite sessions are the Bachata, Samba, Flamenco, and Cha Cha, I loved the music along with the moves in those sessions. Another video suggestion is a fun and easy 10 to 15 min desk/chair walk workout. This gives me 3 miles on my goal of 7 miles a week , so (3/7). I felt great doing this workout! Thanks again for all you do for us!
I did this workout again! The hip hop walk was brisk, fun, and effective, I wanted to keep going so I did that one more than once! Love that I can create my own walk with these 5 minute sessions! I will combine the warm up, the 2 cha cha walks, samba, hip hop and use the bachata as the cool down. I like these the best. I will use this with your 20 min HIIT walk! The steps in the mentioned sessions (warm up , the 2 cha cha walks, samba, hip hop, bachata and the 20 min HIIT walk work best for me. I am more of a walker than dancer, lol!
Guys I have been doing Gina's DVD's for quite some time now and pride myself on having ALL THE MOVES now. I did this workout today and I am typing this covered in sweat. COVERED. I guess the variety is good for me. I'm gonna keep doing these. Gina I especially love the Disco Shuffle in "I Will Survive" - that's a new one. And also the Monkey Shake and the whole hip hop section. I'll be working my way through these for sure! Gina thanks so much for adding another dimension to my workouts.
Hi there Gina B, I found your workouts fun, as exercise can be boring at times, I really enjoy the tunes and the workout routine, as I am not coordinated I feel uncomfortable in a workout class, but I am getting use to your routines, I combine your workout with other body workouts, ie arms, glutes and abs, by the way I am 66 years old as I find I have alot of energy still and love to dance, thank you for your Happy and encouraging words, I have subscribed to your channel thumbs up...thank you again.
