    Just done this now 3 1/2 years late but so energetic. If I had 1 word for the rest of 2022 and 2023 it would be 'motivation' - as your online videos help motivate me to keep the fitness going, as lost my mum in July and my mother in law in September so k

    Hi! This is wonderful. ALWAYS keep doing what you're doing EXACTLY the way you're doing it. I've been searching forever (it seems) to find a workout like yours, with a personality like YOU who is fun, positive, happy, not over the top or pushy or loud/yelling. You are spot on and I hope like crazy that you don't ever change. I'm a former group exercise instructor who, over the years, has had my degenerative disc disease progress to a level that makes moving my body scary... but I LOVE fitness. I've been searching for something FUN, challenging (but not too much for my neck/back), that works WITH music (to the BEAT)...... Up to the BEat is just perfect. THANK YOU so much for creating this channel.

    im 70 and have been losing some weight .i found this video and i can manage this just but my first time and recon i can keep going with this only managed 20 mins but thats a start so thanks very much as so many of them i cant keep up with or to complicated

    I am adding this walk to my rotation along with your 20 min HIIT walk! This was a wonderful feel good walk. I would love another 2 mile walk like this, featuring a medley of songs like at 14 minutes (the samba song). That part made me feel like I was spending an evening dancing on the beach in the Caribbean .Thanks again for the fun walk workouts!

    The weather is awful but you cheered me up with your upbeat workout. I need to save my strength for shoveling so I'm not lifting any weights this weekend. This was a perfect way to get the body moving without taxing my shoulders. P.S. I love Queen!

    Im another person in the group whose glad to have found this workout. I really like the way you've incorporated a ton of arm movements in it also. It definitely makes it tough, but necessary since its SO tough trying to shape my arms. Love this workout.

    I really enjoyed this ! Something new for me as I am usually a die hard Leslie Sansone fan. I found this fun..I loved the songs. I wasn't good at the moves but I will learn them. I'm looking forward to more videos.

      You should warm up and cool down whenever you do exercise! I have a few routines you can tack on to the end and the beginnings!

    Great Aerobic! I needed this one because running on the Treadmill at the gym kills my knees!

    I enjoyed this walking workout; normally opt for my Walk Away the Lbs, but this was a nice change of pace; great music, awesome energy, and nice feel-good sweat! (5/7/19)

    Love the encouragement but its hard to keep up with you... Don't know what you are doing next and felt like I was going to hurt myself. I love fast but it would be nice to know what's next so I can be more prepared.

    My word for 2019 is EXPECTATION! I'm looking forward to what this year has in store for me! I came across this workout today to take a break from Leslie Sansone and Ellen Jarrett. I'm glad I found it. LAWD HAVE MERCY! I got through 80% of it! LOL Very vigorous and encouraging. My goal is to finish the video and move on to more!!! New Subbie!

    Whew 😓.... I think my heart jumped out of my chest! I just started today on my weight loss journey and I could only do 15 mins this time. I wanted a walk in place workout I could do at home when I'm not able to actually go out to walk. This was perfect👍🏽 Thank you!
