    Wow Gina B I can't thank you enough for these workouts ... 3 weeks ago I had a constant post-covid cough (had had since early March) and no amount of medication from the doctor was making any difference. I could rarely manage the stairs to my garden. The first week or so was really tough but 3 weeks of your workouts and I just managed 30 mins, and I've barely coughed today! It could be a coincidence but my doctor agrees it's probably at least partly just using my lungs more normally again. Even my face is a different colour after being permanent gray for months! Thankyou xoxo

    Wow, it's amazing to see how quickly my endurance has built up!!!

    Big thumbs up for this workout! I did it yesterday and again today, and I love, love, love the new section! It is indeed interesting and challenging and that's what I love about it, plus the music! I am so happy that I found your channel and that I have been able to stick with this program. The dance moves make your workouts so much fun and better than a traditional walking workout, in my opinion. Thank you so much for your workouts, Gina! I can't believe I'm actually doing a 30-min walk!

    I just did this workout with you Gina b love the music and your energy this was a fun workout and I can feel the burn at the same time in my legs and my heart rate is up I made it a the way to 30 minutes thank you so much 💖💖💖💖

    Hi Gina - Pat here in the UK - really enjoying spending time with you - thanks for helping to keep me fit and energised and smiling during lockdown !       @@uptothebeatfit Hi Gina - it was lovely to wake up this morning and find your message. Have just finished workout 7 followed by the 6 min 'get lucky' cool down. Feeling great and in need of a shower ! I'm an active retired 64 year old and I used to love to dance so your sessions are perfect for me. I'm on a SW weight loss journey so I'm eating well as well as moving more. 21lb down and about 18lb to go. I've checked out your website and signed on to join the tribe ! Take care and I look forward to continuing my journey with you.

    Another question: Do you plan on making more walking/workout DVDs, if so will you ask for suggestions? Thanks again! Your workouts make me feel like your my fitness instructor and I am in a fitness class. Such fun walks!

      I plan on getting your 10 min Latin Energy walkouts DVD. I love that there are 4 (10 min walks) with different styles. Plus, I tell myself I can just do 10 minutes.I tried other types of cardio, but walking is what works for me! You have do what works for you! That is why I like that you are making fun walking workouts, since most fitness instructors focus on HIIT cardio. However, your 20 min HIIT walk is wonderful! It is like a nice brisk walk on a sunny day!

    Thank you for creating this wonderful community! Do you plan your toning, walking, and other workouts in planner or calendar, if so could you do a video talking about it? Also do you have self care days which could include gardening, no tech, reading, spending time in nature, music, painting, Bible reading for overall well-being. Thanks!

      Thank you for this very thoughtful reply! Scheduling self-care is a great idea. I need to focus more on self care, but like you said it does not have to be a whole day. I need to start making to do lists or use a planner.
