First video in 4K! Please let me know if it looks better, worse, etc. It's not recorded in 4K, but is upscaled to get TH-cam to show it at a higher quality so hopefully that shows. (Though apparently it did mess up some graphics. WOMP) Also here's the link to the MHR: Sunbreak Buddy Guide I was referencing: docs.google.com/document/d/15jLe3JgzERuYeKOCZepLc1_zqd6ZI-ZZKGZxELTCc90/edit?usp=sharing
My best tips would be: - learn how to craft items like consumables or ammo with the radial menu ( especially during combat ) - always try to bring traps or smokebombs, not just for capturing the monsters but also to give you time to deal extra damage or recover yourself - always have farcasters in your inventory. In tricky situations during the fight you can’t always escape or travel to a camp, but using a farcaster instantly get’s you to the nearest camp during combat
id say if you're unsure on dango choices, my go to is usually defender, medic, and moxie (Feet or Polisher are also good options if Moxie is not yet unlocked) Defender for less damage, Healer for the boosted healing, and Moxie for a sort of one time last resort EDIT: Also, later on, when you're in the DLC story an have the skewers, I HIGHLY suggest making one of the upgraded level dango be Bird Caller, so you can max up your buffs quickly.
A tip for using the Argosy: buy raw meat in BULK, & cook it in the Motley Mix = easy dango tickets farm. I forgot vines were a thing. The way I scale walls is running up for a bit, wait for my avatar to auto jump off, hang in air, & then aim up to wirebug up the wall. Wire bugs are GREAT for traversal (dogs not needed).
For point #5. Just FYI, you can pull up the item radial menu and it will show the detailed map. On Xbox this is left bumper. If you switch use to R3, you will never accidentally use an item while doing so and allows you to always select the time you meant.
its on sale now for 20 bucks with sunbreak. perfect time to play to get ready before wilds if youve taken a break. im still working my way through the village quests.
Regarding #5 at 5:40, I have two sets of minimaps. When I hold the "item button" (L1 on PlayStation) it shows me permabuffers, but when I open up the start menu it shows me endemic life. Very useful!
I was playing monster hunter freedom unite (3 I think) back then on psp… last month I was watching some ads on TH-cam and I remembered all the good time I had back then with my lil bro then decide to play that game again. Since they are new versions out there, I’ve chosen this one… They are still a lot of similarities but I’m like a baby trying to walk again 🥲 With all the new features, I’ll give it a month try
@ I didn’t spend a penny to get this game… for now I just want something to play. I’ve never played MHW to start with… so I don’t care for doing a bad choice 😎
The game can be played without multiplayer, and yes, all the multiplayer missions until MR. I did so anyone can, i say so because im not the best player out there
Your stamina bar is depleting because your character is hungry, this is when you should eat rations or cooked meat. The chest at the start of the hunt will give you some rations for free, or, if you’ve used them all, you can hunt some small monsters for raw meat and cook it on your spit :)

I play with no mini map in most games. I toggle the map off in video games for immersion. The only time I needed to use a mini map was in Watch Dogs Legion when driving to a destination because I couldn't memorize London. I turn most of the HUD off in games. In MHR, my HUD is health & stamina gauge, meele weapon sharpness & wirebug on.
You aren’t going to for a while. Just take it day by day and things will fall into place. I’m just getting started on my MH journey and while it is a lot, I just focus on learning a little bit at a time

Or just mod the game so you don't run around like a clown after some birds every time.

scout flies? try playing one of the OG games where you would need a paintball to keep track of a monsters movements XD
Yup and they didn’t even show the monster spawn either, you had to memorize every Locale spawn for every monster.
I've always loved waving at the blimp.
@@YourPalQWERTY wave to balloon, psychoserum and psychic skill show where the monster is
The colorful ones are called permabuffers! The spiribugs are gold and give you extra points when you go near them. 😊

One huge question I have, please: Why do my stamina bar decreases over time to the point I can`t even move anymore? Is it for the buffers?

@@R0KURU Thanks I could not think of any solution, it is so obvious now.
It's almost as if the game explains it to you.
I can’t find nobody for online quests😢
Same
Then play alone, simple.
Wow people actually need an arrow to guide them to a monster that is always visible on the map...
I recommend watching Razbuten's "What games are like for someone who doesn't play videogames".
Definitely changed my opinion on mechanics like these.

What's the point of this comment ? You want to say that some people are stupid ? And you are better than them because you don't need a game mechanic ?
Lol it's nice not having to look at the map as much🤷
