Had problems getting my pain diagnosed but these exercises more than anything else, so thinking good chance this is what issues are. Great video, and love the exercises are actually done in the video. So many videos just tell you hiw many rep's to do but dont actually do it with you. 🙌🙌
I had mild pain in my groin area last year and it became a pubic bone pain. I've been having discomfort especially when sitting. It's already 9 months and the pain is still there. I went to different doctors and said it's just nothing only muscles. I had my pysiotherapy too but still the same. The therapist said it was pubis sympysis and I consulted to others and said that it' my adductor muscles which attached to my pubic bone. Hope you could help me! 😭 I've been doing these exercises for 3 days now. Is it normal to still feel the pain? Hope I could get a reply. I really don't know what to do anymore. 😭
I had SPD in my pregnancy, now 17 years later have developed Osteitis Pubis. It's a very frustrating condition. My physio warned against excerises that widen my legs too much so while I know my adductors are tight, it's hard to giv them a good stretch without worrying I'm doing more harm.

It would be pubic synthesis, look up online exercises to do specifically for that injury

I would look into Osteitis Pubis. It means the cartilage in your pubis joint is inflamed.
