    Such traumatic stories have much more value to me than a video with trophies in hand and a raving audience at the finish line. You create videos about life and the obstacles we encounter along the way. I am 46 years old and I still struggle with injuries. Our body slows down over time and my much younger mind refuses to accept it. Thanks to you, I know I'm no exception here. I love your videos Cjaye! Ps: You should make new videos when you get injured. Thanks to this, you would show us the real life of sportsmen on a daily basis. I appreciate it very much!

    Thank you for the update. I’m glad to hear they are going to get you fixed up. The community is a better place with you in it. Enjoy your family and getting stronger on other things in the meantime. Hope to catch up with you at a race in the future. 🏊🚴🏃💪🏻

      Thanks so much TJ. I struggled with starting to video again because I didn’t want to always be talking about being injured, but it feels great to be back.

    Chris! Good to see you posting again my man! I saw how much pain you were in at La Quinta. I was the Captain of the run course pointers, and I was at the top of one of the hills on the golf course cheering competitors on. you stopped for a moment and shared w/me what was going on, and I'm so glad you visited the doctor finally. Your videos are great, keep them coming, you are inspiring, and I wish you quick healing and an injury-free season. Best, Clydesdale Craig

      @@CjayeMedia Glad to see the crutches go by the wayside my brother. From one big boy triathlete to another, even though I'm a grand master clydesdale...: ) I'm proud of you, and keep up the great work! You're such a motivating factor to so many athletes, young, old, new, experienced, and everything in between.

    No sir Chris ! Don’t quit running….. I just read on what you have ( and I know you have as well )……. You can return to running after a few months of rest. I had my prostate removed last December ( 12/2 ) due to Prostate Cancer. December, January and most of February were rough month’s during recovery. Especially December & January. As of this past Thursday ( march 9th ), I was given the I am Cancer Free / blood work was perfect and can now slowly return to running ( easy though with walking )……. You can’t believe how excited I was to hear the news. I’m getting that Ultra running status under my name ! May not be this year or next year, however, I will by 2025…. You stay strong buddy !! I know it sucks not being able to exercise for several months, but WE will prevail and do what we love ! Prayers for ya 👍

    Great video but consistency is the name of the game . Disappearing makes it hard to follow you . We want to know what’s going on with you and your journey. Followed you for a while now and you go in and out if your journey. Best of luck

    This video really inspired me. I have a similar issue with my groin/pubis. I also Did La Quinta ( met ya right before the swim) and since have been pulling back further and further from exercise. Running the rat race of doctors doesn't make it any easier. Glad you are finally getting some answers and solutions!

    Thanks for the video, great to have you back 👍 I am sure you have good doctors and I have not seen your MRI, but be careful, operating on tendon attachments is difficult ( I am a MD myself, but only in ICU.. ). Focused strength training in the area may be beneficial, but you probably already been there.
    All the best here from Aarhus, Denmark and a wish for a quick recovery.

    • @CjayeMedia
      @CjayeMedia  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It originally was sore low abs, but it eventually became shooting pain in my groin during running. Then post run it hurt to lift my legs in and out of bed. Can also feel pain when I do lunges.

    Why are people still wearing masks

    • @CjayeMedia
      @CjayeMedia  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That is a requirement of the medical facility. Most medical offices are still requiring them.

    • @Erin60147

      In California mask requirements get lifted for medical offices etc.. in may. Better late than never… I guess😒
