    As an equestrian, this is vital information. Thanks so much for yet another excellent video. BTW, the Big 6 has virtually eliminated the chronic knee pain I’d been experiencing. ❤️👍🏻❤️

    All the places in the body where things can go wrong without you knowing it... I remember that when I was younger I had excruciating pain in the pubic bone when pressing on it and thought "how in the name of can you have such pain there? in the bone?". It apparently went away, can't feel it anymore. But have that same kind of pain in underside sternum/ribs. Don't feel it unless I press on it. Now busy massaging that area regularly and doing the 6 lymph area, fascia jumps etc. It's getting better, everything, face and neck also, for unblocking the sinuses it works marvellous... just very happy I found your channel.
    And you're a nice guy, you advice us to look on other TH-cam channels for exercises, who does that?❤😊

    I’ve just started doing block therapy with the towel. Went to a class last month in Winnipeg Manitoba, Canada.
    Got to use the wooden block that they mention.
    Great great class!!!

    Yes!! Shout out to Deanna with Block Therapy!! I've been blocking since January and do this position daily, on my belly, pubic bone. I also block my entire body. I have mentioned this before, since I'm also obviously a huge fan of yours, regarding you and Deanna putting a video together! You both are cut from the same cloth along the lines of Fascia, pain and wellness! 😊

    That reset was WILD. I walked into a table a few weeks ago and injured my iliopsoas area aka crotch haha. These exercises were gentle enough to comfortably release tension in this sensitive area. Thank you as always, Dr. Perry. 🤲🙏

    Also, this felt better than I expected. Thank you. Looking forward to the results!
    Dude, I am crying right now. I can’t believe what’s happening. How the heck does this affect the voice and breathing? It’s insane…. I am breathing better now than I have in years and my voice feels like it’s free. You have no idea the struggle I’ve been through with my voice and my breathing..
    I have severe hypothyroidism that was making it hard to breathe before I started medication a month ago. THIS just took things to a whole other level!!!
    Thank you for this video! You are a Godsend. God used you to help me. God bless you!

    Hi Dr. Perry! Love your channel. I know you stress walking and movement. Can you do a video for people who have mobility issues who want to move lymph and blood but cannot do as much currently due to age or auto immune. Thank you

    I would love to know why my one knee has been on and off swollen since I was a kid. Gets sore and puffy 4-5 times a year. Not one doctor could help me… gave me every test and nothing. If you know how I could drain the lymph the right way so I get circulation down my leg. Thanks

    I think he means GUIDE WIRE!

    • @stopchasingpain
      @stopchasingpain  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      No. Guy Wire...see google definition
      Guy-wire
      Wikipedia
      en.wikipedia.org › wiki › Guy-wire
      A guy-wire, guy-line, guy-rope, down guy, or stay, also called simply a guy, is a tensioned cable designed to add stability to a freestanding structure.

  • @giftedwithwisdom
    @giftedwithwisdom 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Guide wire, I'm thinking! Not a "guy" vs "gal" wire? Good info, nonetheless!

    • @stopchasingpain
      @stopchasingpain  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      No it's guy wire. Google it
