  • Vegan Protein Moong dal Dose
    Ingredients -
    Soaked Moong dal,
    3 - 5 green chillies, ginger, cumin seeds, salt, tumeric powder, chopped onions,
    coriander leaves, olive oil,
    Gongura chutney or Schezwan chutney to spread on monng dal dose
    Wash & soak the moong dal for overweight.
    The moong dal would have sized up in the morning, then drain the water, add 3 - 4 green chillies, chopped ginger, cumin seeds and add salt, mix it, grind it into fine batter.
    Add a pinch of tumeric powder to the batter & mix it. The moong dal batter is ready to use it.
    Then, keep aside some chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves, mix it & keep the onion mixture aside.
    Keep the Schezwan chutney or Gongura chutney ready
    Heat the pan, then pour the moong dal batter into the pan , spread out to a round shape, sprinkle Olive oil & spread out a teaspoon of Gongura chutney or Schezwan chutney over the dose ( as Gongura chutney is available I am spreading over the dose slightly) try with schezwan chutney as well.
    Then add chopped onion & coriander leaves mixture, let it cook for some time, then flip it another side of the dose, sprinkle Olive oil & Ensure to cook both the sides.
    For onion moong dal dose, repeat the process & you could spread only the onion,
    coriander leaves a mixture over the dose.
    Or make only Plain moong dal dose as well
    Repeat the process in the same way for as many Vegan moong dal protein doses you would wish to have.
    Enjoy your vegan protein moong dal Doses, can serve as a plain dose or with an onion mixture or with a spread of Gongura chutney or Schezwan chutney
