Hello Sir ad other doctor responded on this thread, based on my experience many doctors are advising antibiotics in second phase not steroids or anticoagulant are been provided.. Any reason for that?

Great explanation 👌🏼 . Dear madam/sir @ 13:51 doctor tells we should not rely on oximeter . So what should we rely on ?
@@evolver3642 u should rely on ur symptoms , most of the time ur oximeter shows greater than 95% saturation that doesn't mean u are improving . First u need to calculate days based on ur symptoms day 1 to day 5 is early period the virus is replicating inside our body and our body starting to defend it by initial troops during those early 5 days they may be no or minimal lung involvement and more than 95 percent saturating will be there . Day 1 : a patient got symptom like cough fever
Day 2: check RT PCR u may test positive or negative but if negetive don't trust it completely ur viral load not that much to give u positive follow up ur symptoms with some vit c and zinc supplements
Day 3: check symptoms and take some vitamins and symptomatically paracetamol
Day 4 : same treatment
Day 5: same
Day 6 : if the symptoms persists or some new symptom started u need to get CT scan and get admitted early and they will start steroid orally or parenterally with anticoagulants .
During these day 6 to day 10 if u disregard ur symptoms based on the fact ur saturation of oxygen is high as 95 to 100 .. u ll undergo lung damage bcoz during rest ur 30 to 40 percent of lung is enough to give u 99 percent saturation. I have seen cases in which patient have 60 to 70 percent lung involved with more than 95 percent saturation . So don't depend on oximeter from day 6 to day 10 . If the symptoms persists or the fever occuring again and cough persists jus go to nearby physician get urself admitted to non 02 ward or home isolation with oral steroids and anticoagulants .. check ur blood test regularly .. IF WE ARE CAUTIOUS WE CAN SURVIVE THIS WE CAN HELP MANY PEOPLE TO SURVIVE THIS ADEQUATE KNOWLEDGE IS ALL WE NEED TO SURVIVE . THANK YOU ..

If someone get tierd of doing simple things like walking to the next door , deep cough even while lying down are few symptoms which shldnot b ignored .
As soon as u r suspecting urself or someone to have the virus take precautions and dont be conscious abt ur onset of symptoms and consult a physician. Do not panic there is recovery in 80%of people :)

Sir this is one of the best videos that clearly explains us the disease.. I have my doubts here.. vaccine was prepared with an understanding of the disease last year, i.e., initial stages of Covid.. however we now know that our own antibodies attacking our own cells in lungs and other parts is the dangerous phase and fatalities are because of this.. wish to know how good are vaccines at preventing this act of our own antibodies going against our own body cells.. if vaccine can not prevent this it is of no use as you may anyway fight the virus in 5-6 days..

Not mistake..Earlier guidelines were different
Guidelines keep changing every 10 days...
Even with the older guidelines, there were many mistakes honestly. Doctor asked us to do HRCT, we all took Ivermectin and Fabiflu, we were given antibiotics from day 1 etc. All of this could be avoided if the doctors would learn ans pay attention to patients instead of just following some guideline blindly. One size doesn't fit all. I really hope all doctors watch this and treat the patients better.

Key message:
Most important!!! Recall your first day of symptom (not first day tested +ve). This is the vital "Day 1".
Phase 1) Day 1 to 5: virus + immune system war
- Symptoms: low grade fever, body ache, mild cough or none at all
- Don't give medication (antibiotic does not aid virus battle; steroid will suppress immunity and prolong viral infection)
- Optional health supplement
- 80% of people will recover by now. 20% of people take a dangerous turn...
Phase 2) Day 6 to 10: immune system attacks blood vessels in the lungs > blood clot (no longer virus battle)
- Symptoms: deep hacking dry cough, rising/returning fever. Note: this is not pneumonia (yet). Warning: Don't wait for home-digital sensor to register a drop in oxygen saturation. Don't wait until breathless. Go hospital early.
- Administer steroid (10 days) and anti-coagulant (3 weeks) under medical watch. Address cytokine shower to prevent cytokine storm (will need ventilator by then).
- Most patient will feel remarkably better when steroid is started, and will go on to recover.
- However by day 5, fever and breathlessness may return in elderly, diabetic or weakened patients who enter into Phase 3....
Phase 3) After 5 days on steroid, suppressed immunity develop into bacteria infection. This is now pneumonia.
- Administer antibiotics and pneumonia medications

I disliked the video. I didn't not understand and i felt it's very confusing. He is explaining how covid spreads and not how to react to symptoms. I guess it only the summary which was useful and that too 50% useful. This video is overrated
