    I am at loss of words to thank Dr Hansaji Yogendra for her simplest,very easy to follow her instructions, for very good results in healthy ,energetic living by doing these yoga's, breathing exercises etc.i am now running 80 years age used to feel tired,rundown,lacking in energy,but after watching these videos & doing these simple exercises meditation breathing exercises I feel really energetic.Dr Hansaji Yogendra is looking like divine beautiful angel for everyone.

    I have gangrene in two fingers of feet because of poor blood circulation and i am trying to recover soon. It is very painful and frustrating for me to down my stress level but i am trying.. Thanks for the video.!! I will recover soon..!!

    My oxygen is always 97+
    But fear ,anxiety is made shortness of breath 😔
    Don't worry it's solved
