Excellent. To those that say I don't know why Germs are so famous the reason is because they were so good at what they did. If you like One Direction then I agree you will certainly not understand the popularity of Germs. In the same way that Sex Pistols burned brightly influenced many bands from The Clash, Buzzcocks,Joy Division in the UK to the B52's in the US as well as REM Germs have had that same level of influence on bands like Rancid and NOFX but not only can you can hear the influence of the Sex Pistols in Germs and I can also hear Germs influence very clearly in early Bad Religion songs such as We're only gonna die so for that alone they deserve huge credit as BR are one of the best bands around. For me Germs GI was the first hardcore punk record which would then go onto influence bands like Black Flag so the US punk scene over the years would be very different if Germs had not been there first.
I LOVE the germs, i always have since i was alil kid... but i have to say that that was really really disrespectful and just horrible, sick infact, about how they were joking and foolin around with the dead guy.... seriosuly WTF, not cool....
I've seen it. It's one of the most interesting documentaries I've ever seen. I think it was the first movie that took a good look at the hardcore punk scene of the early 80s.
Oh sure, they're laughing now. But when the painters see this, Darby's days will be numbered.
"...because I hate painters."
Priceless.
When u hate painters you’ve pretty much run out of things to hate.
i know this is kinda old but in case youre still wondering, its mint jelly <3

it is now clear to me why darby intentionally overdosed.
