I bought a used tracked dump truck for my little farm.....it was only 30K with 950 hours. It hauls about 6-7 yards and is ridiculously handy. Keeps time off my skid steer and its way quicker in the long run..

Finishing a job is a satisfying feeling. Just finished one today myself, 'one more for the books' as they say.
I do construction - exterior finishes on homes - and it's just me and the boss, so I understand the situation Tim found himself in. I wish him good fortune - and for you also, I am always delighted to see another video from you.

I’m not sure if you’ve ever heard of a Tee Gee Grade Maker (Viking) we used them when I used to build golf courses here in Ontario Canada for cart paths and blending the greens mix. They work great for just about any material you need smoothed out. I thought you could use it for when you do the walking paths, we found it quicker than the mini. Keep up the great videos!!!
