Glad to hear leftovers, as I am single. Cold leftover good too, with a dollop of sour cream and a good bit of chopped flat leaf 🍃 parsley 🌿. Or just a bit of hot sauce or harissa 😋 .

Always excited for new Protein Chef recipes! The last couple of videos the sound mixing has felt off where your voice is a bit muted and the rest of the sounds are much louder / clearer. I'm no audiophile but something feels off.

I use to do something similiar but used liver instead of ham. I know I saw some use cottage cheese before but I've forgotten and never tried it. Guess that's my next move whenever eggs aren't sold out

do you happen to know if you can airfry instead of the oven?
I don't think I've seen anything you can't airfry that's meant to be for the oven. Drop the temp by 20C and it may need less time but I like things super crispy so I tend to stick to the same time.

I love making this for anytime meal. My favorite version is eggs,cottage cheese, spinach, onions and feta cheese. The other version I make is eggs, cottage cheese,hamburger and cheddar cheese. You really can make so many different variations.

You guys do know you can use an eggshell to separate white from yoke, quit wasting money on straight packaged whites. I just throw the yokes I don't use back to my chickens.
