    First day with leg bands. Working on losing 100 pounds. This was part of my work out today. I keep telling myself this is more than you did yesterday.

    Ì did it.. yippie to me. Need light workout. 7 weeks out of hip replacement. This was great. Didn't get too low in the squat position but did it. Thank you.

    What is better resistance bands or dumbbells?

    High does this strengthen the lower back ? You did not mention.The most common pain for men

      Strengthening your core will reduce back pain. Most lower back pain is compensation for weak core muscles.
