    • 2 sets of each superset
    • 30 sec on // 15 sec off // 30 sec extended break between supersets
    • dumbbells or some type of resistance

      I jusy got sucker SLAPPED in the FACE with my resistance band on the first sit down exercise. Please be careful guys that the band is secure around the foot area, and you are pulling like them. I thought i was doing it right of course. My face is stinging and my eye hurts a little bit. Im thankful it was not worse. No one wants to end up in the Er or urgent care trying to work out at home. I wont be trying that one again. probably ever in life.

    I started this one month ago and stuck to it and I’ve lost 12 pounds!!!!!! I was tired of the way I looked and didn’t have confidence in myself. I’m starting to get my life back. Thank you for this great work out!!!

      Inthefuture yes just got to stick to it, and for me I kept telling myself “I got this”. And I have three kids and even how tired I can be some days I still get up and do the workout. Don’t give up!!! Good luck

    This is the third video I’ve tried with bands and it’s the one I’m sticking with. Just the right level for me as a beginner and love the fact that you are keeping it real by going to get your waking child 👶 Thanks from the UK 👍

    I absolutely love this channel. The exercises are great and easy to do at home using minimal equipment, they are not excessively long and more motivational than going to a gym full of Popeye lookalikes.

    Been doing this video for a week and I swear I'm starting to feel a difference already. I've been adding it into my morning routine along with 30km on my exercise bike, and it's such a boost for the day.     Due to statewide gym closures, I was somewhat at a loss as to how to use my resistance bands to their full capabilities beyond a few fundamental moves. I found this series of videos and they were just the ticket! Love the timer and time left chart. Thanks for all of your time & effort in producing these videos.     This is good guys. I am 64 years old well be 65 in October and I'm so out of shape. My daughter bought me resistance bands and told me about you guys so I decided to give it a try. This beginner set for 15 minutes with perfect it was all I could manage with the lightest resistance band. But I fully expect and intend to move it on up in a couple of months maybe sooner. Thank you that you have a work out that an old lady can do LOL

    Thank you, I had such a severe back injury that I almost thought I wasnt going to be able to walk. I still deal with so much chronic pain, but I miss working out and I'm really out of shape. These were really easy for me to follow along with and adjust for my pain level, thank you!

    I have mobility and flexibility issues from arthritis and being over weight. I'm also not coordinated. I'm trying to lose weight, down 155lbs so far. I'd like to lose about a 100 more, but exercise can be difficult. Not because I don't want to do it, but because I can't do the moves a lot of workouts require, or at the speed they want. This workout works very well for me, but instead of push ups on the floor I do them against a wall, because getting up and down is difficult and very painful. If you have issues like mine, this work out should work very well for you. You don't have to be real flexible, you don't have to be coordinated - like you do for all those dance ones, and it's very simple and easy to follow. I'm very glad I found it. After doing it with them a few times, I can now stand in front of my TV and do it by myself. This is a great workout for a beginner or someone with mobility issues. 5 stars

      You need to lose a lot of weight before you start this. You are at risk of stroke, heart attack with that much weight.

    Just got my tube bands yesterday and this was a great intro , thanks very much. Perfect workout with some yoga sun salutations to warm up , followed by your workout , then a headstand! Awesome. One point---when you change bands, I would like to if you're changing up to heavier or down to lighter. There is no way of knowing. I just stayed with easy 30lbs from start to finish.

      Sylvia Elizabeth Baby Cash was ok, he had just woke up from his nap. We tried to time it right but it didn’t work. That’s why we now just make him part of the show! We do what we can with the time we get right? We consider ourselves one take wonders and refuse to edit out parts of the workout or re-record. We don’t have the time. Keep up your hard work!

    Great little workout thank. I just discovered bands recently and find them easier to work with for my joints than weights. Plus they're easy to pack for any travel.

    I finished it! First time I finished it and did the whole thing without it hurting too bad! This workout is so amazing! I have Ankylosing Spondylitis so it’s hard for me to do most exercises. I will be doing this one daily. Thank you!

    I love this workout. Being a trucker constantly on the road, this is nice workout to incorporate into my weight loss journey. I stretch do 20x burpees, 60x crunches, and start this video five times a week. Plus when I stop for the night walk/jog 3-4 miles a day. Thanks again

    Thank you for this video so much even if it's been 5 years. I first started out using it for a small workout at home since I didn't have time (and still don't) to hit the gym more than once a week, now it's evolved into a bigger warmup before I start my normal 30ish minute workout. Without this I probably would've quit exercising half a year ago

    Enjoyed the workout. Kicked my butt with a 30lbs band. Will definitely be working out with you guys again. I appreciate how to go into detail about the movements, really helped me focus on the muscle groups i was trying to hit. GOOD JOB!

    Just finished this as my first workout with bands. Decided to do the strongest resistance band. Really felt the burn in the end but now my body feels like it just got done getting massaged. Saved this one!

    I have a persistent neck injury from an auto accident 2 years ago and these work outs are great for keeping it from acting up while getting an amazing work out. Thank you both for the video! Havent been able to lift like i use to and this has been great getting me back into shape

    I started this exercise routine a month ago and have done it daily. I started slowly and now achieving 15 reps of each exercise. Takes me about 30/35 mins. Already gone up a band strength and also incorporating a yellow band on my press ups.

    75 yrs old but took the best out of this working out for 1st time in years being a congestive heat failure then covid survivor. i know not to over do it 1st time. working myself up to using door anchor and other things on door, so thx for this help me get started, iI am going to take a before and after pic,

    Just started resistance training today had shoulder surgery last year 4 months physical therapy and this was great not only did I feel burning everywhere my shoulder felt great will continue to do these until I have enough strength to do pushups only thing I can't do yet because of shoulder but will continue to grind it out thanks for the awesome workout God bless

    Yes great workout , thank you and yes also moving from one exercise fluidly to the next helps me stay focused. I can always pause when I need to.

    I've been using this every day for nearly a week now after deciding that I needed to find some way to work out and keep fit. Being someone who has always hated excersise I never thought I'd say this but I thoroughly enjoy doing this with my Resistance Bands.       @@mksketchms No I haven't noticed any fat loss as of yet. But I have noticed an improvement in my sleeping pattern and general strength when doing day to day things
