Holiday tips? Oh my, yes. Especially if recognizing blunders is recognized as useful information. Listening, I recognized I am feeling overwhelmed right now. So I "liked" the video and will return when I have more "spoons" available. Thank you for showing up. The opportunity to learn and to practice provided by your video is much appreciated. I'm grateful for this opportunity to celebrate noticing my current energy status and to put a carrot in front of myself, so to speak, to reward myself for returning to this content so as to avoid overconsumption and honestly be assured that self-discipline in this case is not a punishing deprivation. 😊 win-win!🎉

Yes, it's so important to be aware of your energy levels. Something I also constantly need to work on. Glad to hear my video's are helpful in any way 😊

Thank you for the tips. For my holiday trips, it makes so much of a difference for me when I can take a few days after any big social events or traveling to just stay home and "have a holiday from the holidays" with 100% me time.

Hello Eva, I hope you are keeping well. Burgundy is a beautiful colour on you.
As a highly sensitive person, these tips are key to navigating social situations. Talking about the setting is a brilliant tip to keep the conversations flowing and engaging. You might learn a thing or two about history or even the people of the place. My tip is to always bring a friend to social situations. I enjoy this content, so please keep it coming.
