      I will start counting when any ounce of sleep is keeping me to stay awake. Hello from a fellow morning person. Slow mornings sounds ideal to me too.

    I wholeheartedly understand the need to recentre when any chaos throws your way. It is interesting to me what is your 'ikigai', which is tea.
    I think keeping a gratitude journal might be useful to keep me grounded. A tip I use is to clear my thoughts before bed, (writing out a to-do list), it helps my mind to become restful. I tend to prefer eating in silence.
    I struggle with deciding breakfast, I would love to see your morning breakfasts, for inspiration. My body reacts negatively when I am not consuming wholefoods/ home cooking.
    Lastly, you look lovely in this blue colour.

      Thank you! I have hopes I will reach the 1000 before the new year, maybe even before Christmas 😊 A gratitude journal is a beautiful practise! And I could do a video on breakfast ideas if that is helpful for you.
