Another piece of advice: If you zoom out on the map, you'll notice below every city name two numbers. They represent the recommended level for that area.

I haven't seen anyone point this out yet. You can shoot sleep or poison darts at a fire to make a cloud... like you could do in Syndicate with Jacob and Evie Frye
Heres another tip i just found out if jumping from a high area press dodge before you land and you'll do a barrel roll you'll take way less damage if any on top of that you can survive higher falls
This game is amazing
I would recommend unlocking all the fast travel points first later it will come in clutch
I love the look of the new combat system. This time instead of slaughtering countless enemies who are absolutely no threat to you you get to savour every encounter and show some effort. Plus it's noticeably more visceral, lots of blood, very satisfying. :)

TotallyToonsTV Thats exactly what I like. One tough guy can kill you if you mess with the wrong one, where as in the games before you could kill enemies for hours like nothin. I actually like that it isn't really an assassin, but a medjay with a fresh story and awesome gameplay. One of the best Assassins creed imo. I think my favorite assassins in order are Ezio, Arno, Bayek, and Altair. Best ones of the whole franchise

This game is so much better than all of the assassins creeds games together. I had very low expectations for This game , since I disliked combat, instant fail mission if you don't stealth or stuff like that, in the previous games.
But in this AC:O, combat is a mix of souls combat, (parry, blocking, weighting your options) and a bit Shadow of War like, action wise/boss wise, and also with the skill tree(s) giving you cool new moves.
I really enjoy it, and I love Ancient Egyptian Lore, architet, weapon & armor styles. So for me it's the perfect setting.

sometimes the game does fail a bit in the leveling aspect..like i once got a random quest from nomad that the destination was off in a section of the map that was level 30 and up and there was no way i would survive going there. Or like the quest bayaks promise. It is suggested level 5 only yet there is no way to complete that quest until you go through the game leveling up because all the stones are scattered around the map. A level 5 would stand no chance just roaming around looking for the special question marks unless they were super lucky not to get ambushed by anything. This game has not been out for a whole long time either and they already have event quests like trails of gods that is like level 40 and shit. Common most people are not ready for that yet unless they have nothing going on in life and play this constantly. Other than those few leveling things, this game is immensely satisfying for me and the only ac game i have been able to keep going at without getting bored.

When I first got this game I didn't know it was an RPG. I was really disappointed as I absolutely hate games in that format. I would have much preferred a unity style combat and parkour system. I've watched these tips and I'm now completely in love with it. It's now my main game and nearly tops Red Dead 2 as my favourite
Im the exact opposite. I skipped all early AC games cuz I felt they were too linear and simple. Once I found out Ac Origins/Odyssey were rpg I jumped in head first. Sad to have missed them when they were live.

First thing I did was scan the map entirely so there's lots of side missions to level up

I have a question hopefully someone can answer.
The hunting bow, what is it's purpose? I've never found a need for it. I run light and predator. And even for hunting animals I use those bows, which leaves the hunting bow obsolete. Even furthering my question, it seems a hunting bow at the same lvl of any other bow does significantly less damage.
So what is the main purpose of the bow? To me it seems useless.

The hunting bow is my go to bow for setting stuff on fire, hunting, and any other shots I take that don’t require the predator bow, or a bow for close quartered combat. It’s honestly my most used bow by far. I just wish I could find a legendary one.

I used light bow once. Super weak and needs lot of ammo. Never used again. Predator and Hunter for the win. But it's about playstyle.
Could someone tell me whats wrong with my healthbar? I'm missed 2/3rd of my health (it's red) I only have one bar..
It's because you are using a weapon that has the curse ability on your weapon.
Does anyone know where I can fix the red health bar because I can't seem to find a solution. I tried repairing in the blackamith but nope and then a upgraded my breastplate but didn't work either. Anyone help?

Does the nomad kid really give you free loot boxes when you do the daily quest? I just finished one & all i got was some money.
I've had the little dude give me weapons, Swords and stuff for doing his quests,also not every time you find him will there be a quest to do.If you buy the Chest from him for $3000 its like a grab bag you don't know what you will get.He also sells Crystals for $3000 and you only get one so its a rip off.Eventually you will need Crystals to level up your items that must be crafted, Which are supposed to be found in soldier strongholds.

No hate to those that get them, but I kind of don’t like it because I’ve been anticipating this game and sometimes people post spoilers before the game is even released! Didn’t happen to me with this game. Just saying.
It’s not like I can exactly control my recommend feed and screen the spoilers. So 3 days leading up to releases I basically have to stay off TH-cam. Which sucks, since I think it’s much more fun to be hyped with everyone until release!
Not to mention premature/bad quality reviews can easily turn people off.
If I had watched Witcher 3 reviews at release, I might have been put off because of the bugginess people complained about.

I'm sorry but your advise to "save" money by not upgrading weapons is total shit, that like the only thing you should be using in game money for, if you find a weapon you like ABSOUTLEY upgrade it, so it won't become useless when you encounter higher level enemies.

Eric Nick personally I agree, it's a great game, I played through the entire game and I'm level 40, however the cartoonish layout of the menu, and the combat felt repetitive to me all I had to use was quen because it was the best in my opinion and I had no need to try out other tactics, (NOTE: I don't think the combats shit it just got Boring to me) also after playing old acs Geralt dying from falling 2 feet kinda pissed me off, furthermore, This is just my opinion, I'm not saying your wrong and I'm right, I can see why people would like this game more. I just personally disagree.
