What I like most about this home is that it's not impossible to understand. I can actually get an idea of the layout, the flow, the graphics of the house. I feel like I could blindly walk in and know my way around almost immediately, which I don't feel with most other luxury homes. Great job as always, Enes. Keep it up!
This is the one honestly together with the previous one they mentioned in the video, they all give you warm homely vibes that are out of this world, so much peace in this house, I love it.
I just love Michael palumbo's style. It's not boring at all. He uses lighting very smartly for those dark warm neutrals, it just always turns out looking very warm and cozy. Also there's always some pop of color. Absolutely love it!
@@EnesYilmazer I love the house overall,the only thing is the bathroom,the builder's should of somehow hidden the dryer duct,unless it's still not finished.I had seen another one of your videos and they had hidden even the shut off hot/cold valves behind some cabinets. But overall the house is very beautiful.

With such a simplistic contemporary design on the outside I was not expecting such a elegant designer decor on the inside , both are so inviting regardless and tastefully done. I love those little surprises when viewing real estate. Beautiful property ! Never a let down your selection of properties to showcase. Thank you!

Funny because the 1st time I saw the interiors of this house, 1st thing that came in my mind is the house that you featured in Calabasas (which is STILL my dream house and by far I believe is still one of the best house out there) because of the similarities when it comes to the materials, layout, and color tone of the house. Oh and by the way, downside of watching you tour houses is that I can't appreciate others do it. You're just killing the competetion😉😉😉

Everything is this house is amazing. One thing that stood out to me is how tasteful the art on the walls is. If I could move in there I would leave everything exactly as is.
Same as I mentioned on the other house that Palumbo designed, this is truly warm and elegant. There are very few Modern Design homes that I find aesthetically pleasing but this man really has an eye for perfect balance and a kind of organic symmetry. Beautiful.
Dang, your transitions from room to room are really good. Its hard to tell how you splice the dialogue so that it is seamless and Enes just magically appears in the next room.
OK, I have watched less than 3 minutes of this presentation and after seeing the black chevron design in the floor inside the main entry, I was compelled to recognize just how inspired that choice was. The architect tied everything you see from that point together. Nothing is discordant. The floor is not an empty or sterile space. ALL of the lines flow together. Great design!!!

Wowww!!! This house’s interior design is soooo nice!! Especially I’m in love with the main bathroom and the walk-in shower with the glass fire Place and the sunken fire pit area next to the glass sided pool! So tasty designed!

Mikey is a damn good cameraman , the lens, transitions are so well used. I always feel like I get a really good understanding of the layout because of that.
Fax, I literally just got past the scene with the chef's kitchen and the way they transitioned from the shot without enes to the one with him was literally perfection. Combination of excellent camera work and great editing.

If you guys aren't watching these on a nice 4K TV, you're doing yourself a HUGE disservice. They put a lot of time into getting the video right and it certainly pays off on the right display.

He definitely does stylish designs. Some other designers just go so over the top to the point of not being practical.
@@brianball2963 I've seen 4 homes that Mr. Palumbo designed, all of'em are classy like this one without compromising practicality and cosy feeling. Maybe he did some extravagant designs that i don't know of.
