What I like most about this home is that it's not impossible to understand. I can actually get an idea of the layout, the flow, the graphics of the house. I feel like I could blindly walk in and know my way around almost immediately, which I don't feel with most other luxury homes. Great job as always, Enes. Keep it up!
Funny because the 1st time I saw the interiors of this house, 1st thing that came in my mind is the house that you featured in Calabasas (which is STILL my dream house and by far I believe is still one of the best house out there) because of the similarities when it comes to the materials, layout, and color tone of the house. Oh and by the way, downside of watching you tour houses is that I can't appreciate others do it. You're just killing the competetion😉😉😉
@@EnesYilmazer I love the house overall,the only thing is the bathroom,the builder's should of somehow hidden the dryer duct,unless it's still not finished.I had seen another one of your videos and they had hidden even the shut off hot/cold valves behind some cabinets. But overall the house is very beautiful.
I just love Michael palumbo's style. It's not boring at all. He uses lighting very smartly for those dark warm neutrals, it just always turns out looking very warm and cozy. Also there's always some pop of color. Absolutely love it!
I notice that this is one of the very few channels that is able to capture all of the artistic elements of these beautiful homes! Just know that it does not go unnoticed and it is one of the many reasons why this channel is so great

I have honestly fallen in love with this house 😍. I love that it is very spacious, the tennis court, I loved absolutely everything. It's one of my favorite houses ✨
If you guys aren't watching these on a nice 4K TV, you're doing yourself a HUGE disservice. They put a lot of time into getting the video right and it certainly pays off on the right display.

With such a simplistic contemporary design on the outside I was not expecting such a elegant designer decor on the inside , both are so inviting regardless and tastefully done. This is the one honestly together with the previous one they mentioned in the video, they all give you warm homely vibes that are out of this world, so much peace in this house, I love it.
Mikey is a damn good cameraman , the lens, transitions are so well used. I always feel like I get a really good understanding of the layout because of that.
Fax, I literally just got past the scene with the chef's kitchen and the way they transitioned from the shot without enes to the one with him was literally perfection. Combination of excellent camera work and great editing.

Dang, your transitions from room to room are really good. Its hard to tell how you splice the dialogue so that it is seamless and Enes just magically appears in the next room.

Everything is this house is amazing. One thing that stood out to me is how tasteful the art on the walls is. If I could move in there I would leave everything exactly as is.
Same as I mentioned on the other house that Palumbo designed, this is truly warm and elegant. There are very few Modern Design homes that I find aesthetically pleasing but this man really has an eye for perfect balance and a kind of organic symmetry. Beautiful.

Hancock Park has many homes with guest houses, its kind of a staple of area from the beginning. Even though they completely rebuilt this home, they stayed true to the area.
OK, I have watched less than 3 minutes of this presentation and after seeing the black chevron design in the floor inside the main entry, I was compelled to recognize just how inspired that choice was. The architect tied everything you see from that point together. Nothing is discordant. The floor is not an empty or sterile space. ALL of the lines flow together. Great design!!!

Probably the most ELEGANT we have seen, very classy, I love the variety of brighter/lighter/darker tones and the glossy touch throughout. The front courtyard is the only minor weakness (too "industrial" and simple)
Ngl, I missed these more low-key houses. Nothing wrong with the insane mega mansions and apartments with batman style garages but I always enjoy these houses more because I feel like it's something I'd buy even if I had all the money in the world, no insane extra features just a nice spacious home. Edit: just to clarify, I'm not saying this is some regular home😂😭 it's mad expensive and Its huge, I just meant it's nice to take a step down from the 100 mill+ new York penthouses and stuff if you get what I mean.

I just now got around to watching this house and I have to say that you guys have gave me the best birthday gift ever . That furniture in that house is top notch and the master bedroom was 🤯😱😱😱😱🤯🤯🤯🤯. The tennis court was also surprising. Thank you enes and Mikey . Sending love from Florida ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Probably the most ELEGANT we have seen, very classy, I love the variety of brighter/lighter/darker tones and the glossy touch throughout. The front courtyard is the only minor weakness (too "industrial" and simple)

Ngl, I missed these more low-key houses. Nothing wrong with the insane mega mansions and apartments with batman style garages but I always enjoy these houses more because I feel like it's something I'd buy even if I had all the money in the world, no insane extra features just a nice spacious home.
Edit: just to clarify, I'm not saying this is some regular home😂😭 it's mad expensive and Its huge, I just meant it's nice to take a step down from the 100 mill+ new York penthouses and stuff if you get what I mean.

@@sin_fc3822 nah, I meant he's been touring the 50 million futuristic home, the 120 million ranch and more recently the 100+ mill new York and Miami apartments, so it's been a while since we've had these typa houses😂😂 I know its still mad expensive though and big.
