@@PNPN09 that’s because they put too much marbles . Marbles on the floor , marbles on most of the wall with an onyx island and a couple onyx walls (which look quite a bit like marble ) . It’s a bit like perfume ; With the right amount, it’s pleasant , but too much amount of it becomes nauseous.
I’m glad you were able to do a proper home tour of this amazing property. I’ve been waiting 2 years for someone to do it! Now you need to do the other property they built down the road. 671 Middle River.😊
As someone who had an entire lawn covered in turf I would worry about this much surrounding windows in Florida. It’s probably difficult to breathe in the hot summer months just standing out there with the reflection.
The exterior volumes of the facade are interesting, however, the absolute mish mash of materials, textures, colours, light fixtures, accessories etc. leaves the whole home looking extremely tacky and cheap.
Hey i noticed you've used metalic poles to build the helipad and my question would be is it effective and strong enough to support a helicopters weight????
Marble and onyx are beautiful materials, but when there’re too much of them, it cheapen the home . The WHOLE floor in marble , with a lot of marble walls and multiple onyx tables, island and walls (with is a material look like marble ) …come guys . Also , for a house that expensive (40 millions ) the lack of privacy is quite shocking .
Beautiful home. Though for a Florida home, no ceiling fans installed anywhere in the home, nor outside in a weather climate that reaches 100+ degree summer temperatures, let alone, no high quality ceiling fans with powerful airflow? Forget it. I wouldn't be able to afford this anyway as I'm not a mega rich guy. But even if I were rich, I'd still want to save money on AC bills.
IMO some of these comments are ridiculous. This interior is someone's taste that could afford it. if it's not yours and you can afford it... DO YOU.. Great Tour Matt!!
More like they didn’t want to be like everyone else with white walls and drywall everywhere. They went with for unique lifestyle that isn’t for everyone, as Dov Stark stated in an interview. Dov is the owner of Prestige… 😊
@TexasBroskiActual if you want to know that this is a poorly designed house, they have a fan in the master bedroom and black in hot humid areas is not ideal.
@TexasBroskiActual it's an element of a custom build that was not custom. How can one not know how design air-conditioning into a ocean front mansion worth tens of millions of dollars
Here's a word of advice from someone that has been watching you for awhile. This channel was built on you and Summer presenting together and then later on Tom and Jas presenting together and people like that. Having a single presenter honestly sucks as opposed to how it used to be. The switching between guy and girl was great. One presenter just makes it like any other channel to be honest. Also like I would say for Enes I will say for you all too, the inclusion of owners or builders another than the rare occasion really isn't necessary.
Wow, awful design for such an expensive home! All the fake turf and planting is just tacky and overwhelming. And the inside interior has drug cartel and human trafficking vibes.
So lovely but I am always very surprised when homes with such a high budget put garages at the front. Its so ugly and unwelcoming. Round the side if, like this one, it cant be at the back. Or just one visable.
This home was for sale maybe 1-2 years ago for $38M or so. Now it’s at $48M? Home prices at current economic situation is supposed to go down, NOT up! 😮
You do understand that there is no wood veneer in that house anywhere not for $48 million that’s wood on the ceiling and wood on entryways somebody might want to teach him what the difference is of real wood and veneer or at least given the definition of it
How over-the-top garish and gaudy. Most mansions are. I think I just cringe at the embarrassing displays of wealth. But with that much money, there are almost no limitations, which means you can always pull something useful/interesting from a novel feature or design implementation. I have such a love/hate relationship with this stuff.
Hey guys, does anyone know what the name of that listing that you can check to find the purchase history of a property? Because this house and another one just like it has increased in price like 6 times in just 2 years. It's getting ridiculous
@TexasBroskiActual I should have clarified a little more. There's a list that realtors search that shows each time a property is bought and sold or a change in the listing price changes
The designer made the house according to the principle “it’s expensive and everything glitters.” The house is gypsy, motley, shiny, nothing goes together, there’s no taste. I don't argue - it's expensive, the materials are good, but that's all. it's horrible. Especially the area around the pool looks like a cemetery: grass and black pillars.😂😂😂😂😂 PS I don’t speak English well, it turned out to be a comment from a savage, but I’m sorry, the house is terrible. Kick out the designer. it is unnecessary for large projects.
Too much single lad's lair for me. The guest rooms were lovely but the primary was awful. The home needs brightening up from the dark exterior. I think they should have hired someone to design if they did they hired the wrong ones. The accessories are excessive and moss on the ceiling was a no. If they had done a live garden would have been better. I think their project manager should have advised them about overdoing it. There are some good facets about the design space wise but not practical to be a family home. I expect the next owners will be paring a lot of it down. Well done in presenting Matt as usual and Crewzz folks are nice shame they don't do business outside of the US maybe someday. Hard to find good help would be useful to have project management to deal with the awful side of building whether it be the EU or Americas or Asia etc...
Unique taste in decor. Very busy and I feel like my eyes can’t rest on anything in particular to take in what I see.

Beautiful home. It’s a great 2nd or 3rd home for the owner to stay in Miami and entertain. 💙
Fort Lauderdale.
I’m surprised that the marble alone didn’t cost $48 million. Simply stunning!!!
It’s just my dream. So gorgeous mansion. Thanks
First impression on entering this home is that I thought I was entering a Vegas Casino…… ott I’m afraid…..?
Nope it’s great for entertainment
For a second home for party 🎉 it loooks great
Made me WISH I was a BILLIONAIRE 😎
Wow, this house is beautiful!! Nice detailed video.
Most incredible house to date 👏
Incredible! This is legit one of my favorite homes I've ever seen! Top 3 dream homes for me, WOW!
I’m convinced these types of homes are for people with hundreds of bottles of baby oil that have freak offs 😂
@@venom5809 broke people are now talking diddy to make fun of wealthy people.. just say majority can't afford it

hey I have watched you and your wife for a long time snd now I will get the shows !!!!!!!!
Great tour you really know a lot about this property
I don't think the low maintenance Astroturf garden is a selling point for most people who can afford this house.
Lucky the hurricane missed it.
If only it didn't look awful!
The ceilings and wall coverings are out of this world. All the way from UK ❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Incredible master suite... I'd sure want something like that that home would definitely be too big for my gf n I.
I say this mansion shouldn't go over 10 million, honestly.
Casa Lusso. A forever home. So tasteful. And i Love the mosquito videography, big ups to the guy behind the camera, Boy GOOD!
I bet the designer, who is speaking perfect and clear English, is happy to see the subtitles.
@@mace9770 my thoughts exactly!
Tour their $55,000,000 modern mansion, that is a massive beautiful modern mansion, Thanks
@antonvelo5117 I'm sure it's the same one. Price drop I think.
It's like a guy dressed in white linen, open shirt to belly button and chunky gold necklace with oiled hair won the lottery and was given free reign.
Perfectly said !

When you're too proud to hire a decent interior designer, this is what you end up with.

Nice 5 million dollar home
It's a great home for people with busy lives who like entertaining.
Mind-blowing 😮❤
Im guessing this would not be considered a child friendly home?
Normally I like luxury homes with sleek style and some luxury items, but good design is minimalist. This interior architect should be ashamed.
@rolfbjj you don't know anything bruh 😆
Completely worth it
I don’t see a chef’s kitchen. what’s the matter? there’s none?
I think because the kitchen is separate from the living room.
Definitely masculine, needs more lighting up especially for Florida.
I wonder if American accents work well for touring European homes.. you make make even astroturf sound posh lol. Nice work
Beautiful house and it's looks so clean but am not happy the fact you skip some places including those bedrooms downstairs
But it was sold for 28million
How do you know please I would like to know?
I am interested in the FAA clearance for the helipad. Any info? Minimum distance to property lines etc?
Too many lights. Too busy. The eyes don't know what the focal point is in each room
Much much cheaper to buy land and build yourself...

With that many tv's is there a system that automatically keeps your show playing as you move around the house?
It’ll look great until the first hurricane blows through

Who is gonna clean these kind of houses??? You need a hole team to do so.
