I haven't watched the video in detail, but I would say that the theater room is very poorly designed. I have seen theater rooms that are 10x better in homes that are 20x less expensive. I have seen this trend in many million dollar homes where a theater room is designed for aesthetics only with no regard to actual movie watching experience (audio, video, acoustics, etc.)

As a wheelchair driver I love that you always point out elevators or alternative stainless entries to a home. Not that I would be able to afford a house like that but it's nice to dream a little every now and then. So thanks you and Mikey for the great work.

One of the best homes you've ever shown--almost more accessible to the rest of us ;) Heads up that the rooftop deck has that interesting faucet for a reason. Outdoor sinks typically come with a cover to avoid animals, debris, etc from gaining access to the sink/drain. Usually faucets are left exposed to the elements and start to deteriorate. This design allows for the faucet to be covered along with the rest of the sink. Genius!

The reason for the tilting faucet on the rooftop is so you can place a board/cover over the top of the sink to allow more countertop space. In this case the water on/off lever wasn't installed properly because it sticks out and doesn't allow a board to sit on top like it should. You see this kind of setup in small apartments to allow for versatility. And btw, another amazing video guys. On to the next one ✌🏼

The moment I saw this house is elevated from the street I knew you're going to find an elevator in the garage, when I design homes for fun I always think of accessibility and how to make it easier for disabled people to still be able to live normal.🔥🔥 For example in my favorite house that I've designed I made sure that there is a free space for two separate wheelchairs in the screening room in the basement🔥

I understand why the faucet folds up: Space saver and it looks a lot cleaner. I, for one, do not care for the look of faucets standing in the way of the brilliance. I ventured to use a ceiling mounted tub filler as the kitchen faucet however my wife pushed back on that idea 😆 For me that look of the tower faucet isn't appealing at all. This solution is actually brilliant and ahead of it's time.

I just now got to watch this video an I must say I was blown away with this home at the price point it was at with everything this magnificent home has to offer. You talk about attention to details they went way beyond that. Pointing out just a few the master bath shower an the curve bench, the pivot mirror to check yourself out, the layout of the walk in closet, the layout of the backyard with the pool, water feature, pool cabana, drop from the ceiling bar counter an wine glasses, roof top deck with all the different features an let's not forget the elevator that went from garage to roof top. There is so much more. But I will stop here before this gets way to long. Excellent job Enus an team for another incredible video.

This has to be one of the best house I've ever seen in my life. Its everything I want my dream house to be. Yeah, dream. What's crazy about this is the fact that it has all the tech yet it costs like $6 million. I know it's not less but a house like this? It's very.
I´ve seen a lot of houses on this and on different channels at different price ranges and I must say, that this is one of the most beautiful houses I´ve ever seen. Every space was well thought off. It´s cosy, it´s modern, it´s full of modern technology. This is the type of house I´d love to live in one day.

The architecture and technology are insane! One of the best house I've ever seen!
I just now got to watch this video an I must say I was blown away with this home at the price point it was at with everything this magnificent home has to offer. You talk about attention to details they went way beyond that. Pointing out just a few the master bath shower an the curve bench, the pivot mirror to check yourself out, the layout of the walk in closet, the layout of the backyard with the pool, water feature, pool cabana, drop from the ceiling bar counter an wine glasses, roof top deck with all the different features an let's not forget the elevator that went from garage to roof top. There is so much more. But I will stop here before this gets way to long. Excellent job Enus an team for another incredible video.
