No stupid jokes, no foul language, no effects, just plain class. Thanx Enes, Mike and team!
That’s typical for real estate channels like his, on one hand it’s entertainment and the majority of the viewers couldn’t afford any of these properties and on the other most of these are properties on the market at the time of upload. Being crude and unprofessional could drive away potential buyers for the listing agents working with Enes and his team or break the illusion for many viewers of touring the house themselves. Over edited, unprofessional, and casual videos would feel more akin to many TH-camrs personal house tours. I think it’s easier to find or avoid certain content on TH-cam when you are thinking about the creators target audience.
One of the most unique properties you've ever toured! Absolutely mesmerized! Tropical Oasis. Love all the backlit stone. That courtyard is unreal! Truly one of a kind! Easily one of my favorite properties! Oh and views of the Pacific to die for! I envy you Enes and Mikey! Bravo!
I have to say, when I first saw the backlit onyx in a home I thought it was the coolest thing ever.
Then I started seeing it all over the place but in random places like say the bar and a bathroom counter and I was getting tired of it because it wasn't serving a real purpose, it was just there because.
But this place I think really works. I'd love to be there at night without the ceiling lights on.

Not a single inch of drywall in this house. I love it. It calls to nature at every turn. It's modern but also natural, full of wood and stone. One of the best houses on the channel. Well worth the price tag.
It hadn't even occurred to me that there was no drywall, or at least none apparent. Good catch! Definitely gives the place a special vibe.

The stone in this house is truly out of this world, specifically the amazonite in the primary bedroom that you toured second - I've been watching you (as well as other luxury home tour channels, but you were the one that got me into it!) for a long time now and that bathroom is probably the single most impressive room I've ever seen, period.
Great job all around, from the tour itself to the b-roll and the editing - this could have been another half an hour and I've had happily sat here watching, but as it is it was still very enjoyable. I appreciate the return to something that kind of feels like your roots to me as well, rather than another yacht or celebrity feature - you guys shine on tours like this, maybe not quite as bright as that bathroom but still.

However, the Outdoor Dinning Area by the pool has a popup TV. The Easter Island Statue replicas weigh a staggering 700 lbs! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

The only thing about this house that I didn't personally like was the kitchen...not that it wasn't beautiful, I just don't really like hidden minimalist kitchens because they feel empty. Other than that, this house is absolutely insane. Every detail, and feature is gorgeous. The choice of stone is bold and executed wonderfully. Hats off to the developers. This home is a masterpiece.
I’ve never liked the minimalist style mainly bc of this . All those hidden cabinetry wether it’s in a walk in closet , kitchen etc just kill the vibe make the room “cold “ with an empty feel Imo . An other thing I wasn’t a fan of is the layout of the main floor . I don’t know what’s the point of having an open concept if you have the diner room , living room and kitchen in the same space side by side separated by walls. That doesn’t feel cohesive Imo . …but everybody has their own taste and that’s one of the things a like about this channel . This mansion is mercifully well design and very creative indeed . Nice tour from Enes and the team .
I agree that while beautiful the kitchen seems lacking in function and spectacle save for the glowing counters. This can easily be remedied with a few clever and careful choices.

Genuinely impressed that this house has all these intricate details in it from conception. Without being disparaging to other properties featured with a million features, this feels like it has all things but is cohesive and wasn't just a bucket list of things to tack on. It would be amazing if you could ever get an interview with whatever zen genius conceived of it, I simply can't fathom the thought process to pull all this together. True art. I must admit at first I thought this place was going to be something that I definitely wasn't going to care for. But as you started the tour it didn't take long for me to completely change my mind. This is definitely the coolest home I've ever seen. All the lighting an details are just so impressive. To try an listed everything I loved about this gorgeous home I'd be writing a book so let's just say there isn't one thing I didn't love. I must add though that at night this home just springs into life an it's magnificent.
The same guy that owns this house, owns a giant megayacht that is also really out there in styling. His first one sold and one was ine of the only yachts that appreciated in value instead of depreciation setting in like most. And this was before the yacht boom that sent prices skyward.

The generous use of wood makes this home feel much more warm and homey than most larger homes. As usualy, Enes does an excellent job of covering as many of the features and examples of craftsmanship as possible. Kudos to Mikey also for the amazing B-roll, especially in the evening shots. An incredible amount of work and thought went into that home.
Best house ever! hands down no comparison kinda wish the backyard had a more tropical garden vibe than ultra modern space but I’m not complaining 🙌🙌🙌👏👏👏

I love the balance in the two primary bedrooms. Most houses with two primary bedrooms normally have one looking more spacious or superior, but in this house, both of them are equal.
The back-lit stones are extremely beautiful and make the house stand out. That court yard is my favorite part of the house... the sound of those water features is so calming. 🔥

You know, I’ve been watching your videos for awhile and 99% of the houses I’ve seen I’ve thought “oh, hell no would i spend X amount of money on that” but there is one in Colorado (I think) and then there’s this one. I could see myself living here, I’m in love…and you said Malibu? Pretty sure I told myself that there was nothing that could make me even consider moving to Cali…well you guys proved me wrong lol.

Enes & Mikey still #1, the top of the game, with class and style and delivery :) Two takeaways... of all the custom unique fittings and finishes I think the second primary bathroom is one of the most gorgeous I've ever seen... that backlit blue amazonite :O And also, though nobody mentioned it that I saw, I really love the backsplash in the guest/staff suite kitchen. this is probably my favorite house throughout the whole series, the approach into designing and choice of materials for this house is thoughtful. I love the natural theme and is not overdone. Such a house for the money
As a chef, I REALLY REALLY appreciate the stainless steel drawer fronts in the chef's kitchen. So much easier to maintain and looks amazing
